Most men are not looking for 10/10 we are different in that way because what we really want is women that can give us peace. As long if women don't get that they will never find a "good" men. Be in shape, have a strong mind(not a feminist we men hate that) and be accountable! Brother Rom women make us easy to dislike them these days...

Some women miss that brother on the come up due to lack of vision and lack of patience. It like musical chairs and they are left standing when the music stops. Reminds me of that example of the husband store where women keep going to the the upper floors and they are left with nothing.

Mr. Wills thanks for another great video. I have be watching yours and others talk about the types of men and what we have come to collectively call the social status of the sub groups of men. But I look around and I see an attack on all men as a whole. I would like to know if now is not a good time for the fact that men are being treated as if we are some kind of disease, should not be addressed? We have the thought that young boys are broken girls being brought up as if there is any basis in reality for the idea. I really think men in general and black men specifically, need to be reminded that no matter what social level they are, the world would not be the way it is without them. Almost all our advancements where brought about by men, not only the good looking ones, or even the smartest ones, but those that by any standard would be called average. The Idea that all men are created equal was not pushed by women, or rich and powerful men, it was the average guy that came up with it, and pushed it to the point it is considered normal today. Women, who I will admit should be respected for the things they have had to, and are still going through, have had very little to do with what the world has become. I would like to see a woman President like anyone else but Miss Clinton was not the right woman one, but it is being used as a reason to man blame, and cry sexism that she lost. Women as great as they are would not be anywhere near the level they have been able to reach without men helping them. Black women in particular would not have made the gins they have without men, black white or other. I do not have the gift of voice that you and others on social media have, so I am not likely to be able to express the Idea that we should be proud to be men, no matter what our station in life, as well as you or others would. The fact that we as men, and yes being a black men I focus more on my race of men, have been made the monsters in this thing we call life, does most of the damage to our image as men, and needs to be dealt with. I know knowing where we stand with women is important, and our social identity is more so, but wouldn't it be best to solidify the base that this is all built on by showing we should above all be proud to be men and proud of manhood first. I know it may seem obvious but we have to remember that not all of us where or are being raised by or around men. Most of us hear nothing good about men or manhood for most of our lives. We are the deadbeats, the rapists, the thugs, we are the reason their is drugs and violence in the hood. We are going on to a third and in some places forth generation of men growing up told they are less than. I just would like to know if you and maybe others feel it is time to face that issue? As black men we have had a lot to face in the last few centuries, and we have been to the brink of destruction many times, but I feel now it is more dangerous than ever, and we have to start with rebuilding a strong base. Sorry for the long rant. I would just like your feedback, Thank you for your time.

I like your comment at 18:46 about dudes moving up and dissing the women afterwards. I have been told that guys are sensitive because if a woman rejects then and they (the guy) goes and work on themselves and make some more cash and then look attractive and then reject that same woman who rejected them earlier. Ladies have told me that is being sensitive...hahahahah..PAYBACK IS A BIOTCH!!!

...and also brothas..I think your peer pressure makes you strive for the 9s. Think about it..If your 6 makes your life great and you live in some back country where you don't have your 'show off' peer group then you will be happy. That's why a lot of people living in the country areas somewhere can be happy. So as a brotha if you want to have some peace with your 6 or your 7 level woman....then you need to stay away from your peer group who will make jokes about the sexual grading scale... And there are some fellas that spend their whole lives chasing 9s and ruin their whole lives..lol.. My only thing is that for me to think that a dime is more important than me (for me to kiss her a$$) is OFFENSIVE TO MA RELIGION...LOL....

deebeautiful84 and there is a whole lot more average looking men who are not looking for the absolute best and are looking for average looking women but the average looking women are still looking for the top 20% of men. We've already known based on studies and multiple statistics that show that men will consider 80% of the women while women only will consider 20% of the men

The real meat of the message is right here @21:00 When you here women vent about their relationship woes after 25, these are nature of the complaints. There is a maturity drop off right at the age of 15 or so that last women well into middle age. Its the reason that they don't connect the dots between cause and effect.

Infinity MFG..this statement is pure GOLD...(There is a maturity drop off right at the age of 15 or so that last women well into middle age)...So it seems most of these sistas grow and mature faster from age 2 and stop around age 15...lol They don't read SELF-HELP books to get a grip on the situation after that. If they are prettier than average...they mentally get more OUT OF TOUCH with reality..lolMeanwhile the brothas..if they apply themselves a little bit more get exposed to a plethora of women from all cultures of the world....NIRVANA!!!!!!!

I'm really glad you're covering this topic Rom! I can't tell you how many good, black men I encounter on almost a daily basis because I STAY IN MY LEAGUE. I'm a realist and I know good and well I can't compete with the 9's & 10's 😂. It is what it is. Don't hate the player, understand the game! Unfortunately, a lot of black women live in a fantasy world. A lot of them need to wake up and smell reality. If you're not up there with INDIA LOVE, BERNICE BURGOS, or TORI HUGHES, etc. you can forget about it 😂😂😩.

Catalina...and I like your truth...life is short for everyone else..the pretty..the average..the big ..the small ends up dead...lol....in the long run so why make life so complicated. I read somewhere that the 9s and 10s complain that they get used and abused the most by men. They also have the most low-self esteem. But the truth is that most 9s and 10s have always had the world bowing down to them. They have rarely had to work out a relationship issue when they know they will loose a fight or have to compromise...fools let them win 'cos they are pretty..and then one day they find that they are alone ..unstable..and every dude wants to hit and run and stay married to their average wifey...I believe being average anchors people to their GOOD VALUES...being a 9 or a 10 can get to your head...lol...and can push you to be an empty hollow shell....a narcissist and basically a looser...lol

"I had to pass the bar because if I didn't my wife wouldn't want me." and he was a descent looking guy.

I die laughing when I see a women in her mid 30s to 40s trying to dress sexy to attract to a guy in his mid to late 20s that has it going on (nice car, good credit, fit, etc). That guy is not checking for woman older than him and if he is it is more of a fling/older woman fetish. Anyone that has worked in corporate has seen some of this older women wearing outfits that they have no busy wearing thinking that a younger guy would choose her over a 21 year old girl.

I believe in SOCIAL ENGINEERING . I like your comment at 22:16...who should be socializing these women into acting right though? Women look at men the wrong way. Like they would other women....looking at tiny little flaws..as if the men should look like women...In most cultures women expect men to look different from themselves..ruff and rugged...lol.....and those cultures have thrived for 100s of years...go figure..

MONEY AND WEALTH!!!!!...Lets come up with ideas and innovations and small niches where we can build wealth in our own lives....This is an exercise in madness...the ladies know what they want when they are ready..until then its all fun and games...and fellas if you let your feelings get into it you are ruined. Flava Flave has 3 baby momas and Denzel Washington has 1 wife...GO FIGURE..lol
