You're not kidding, Rom. The great thing about improving yourself in all aspects is that when done right, others will begin to notice as well. For instance, when you earn a couple of promotions at the job and go from riding in some beater to driving a car that was actually manufactured in the 21st century, folks begin to pay attention. The same thing when you start losing the Kingdome-sized tire around your waist and start developing shoulders, a chest, arms, and a thick neck that doesn't resemble a box of doughnuts. While we'd love to say that a lot of us hit the gym to feel better about ourselves and nothing more, the prime reason they have 10-foot mirrors plastered all over the place is for the obvious. Women say the same thing about why they spend so much $$$ on makeup, hair, nails, and plastic surgery but we all should know the deal by now. Just like a lot of us don't want to be laying next to an obese chick, hot women don't want to bend over for the Human Beatbox, either. Too many of us were raised under the faulty belief that we should look to attract others based on our degrees, job status, and integrity but when you take a good look at what's going on, that's simply Pollyanna thinking. A woman might decide to eventually settle down with the out of shape guy whom she'll never have to worry about him cheating on her (because no one else wants him) and makes some $$$ but it will be long after having been rocked by dudes in much better shape who have the ability to piledrive her into the mattress. Always remember the famous line from 'Fast Times at Ridgemont High' where the guy tells his buddy that a girls decides how far she'll let a man go within the first ten minutes of meeting him. This video is 100. I track my waist measurement and shoulder to hip ratio. My most successful year sexually in my life was 2016. I had a 28 inch waist with 51 inch shoulders. Damn near 1.7 shoulder to hip ratio. Probably 12% body fat max. A lean and Strong body is the best hormonally and sexually!

As Rom says in his video “Five Easy Steps to Attracting a Hot Woman”, step number one is to step into a gym. I have always believed that this is step number one, but Rom pointed out that the gym not only puts muscle on the body, it puts self-discipline and self-confidence into your personality. It takes self-discipline to get to the gym on a regular basis and to do the exercises that you should. That self-discipline creates self-confidence and those two factors are as visible in your personality as muscle is on your body. Like Rom, after I started going to the gym, the number of women approaching me more than doubled. And they were more attractive women. But if you are wearing clothes how could bigger muscles attract women? I read one study (only one) where they showed women head shots of men before and after they had been going to the gym. The women said that the faces of the men in the after-gym photos appeared more chiseled and attractive. Rom said that he was a little heavy before going to the gym, so I assume that his face became more chiseled after. But don’t get too muscular and don’t waste money on steroids. Like Rom says, most women like guys who are just muscular. Anything heading into the Schwarzenegger range turns many women off. I knew a guy in college who was like Schwarzenegger. He was there on a double athletic scholarship. He quickly started dating a beautiful, sexy girl. But she dumped him for a slender, good-looking, well-dressed guy, who later turned out to be gay. Rom said that, if you have a muscular body, you don’t need game. I was getting women and I had no conscious game. The thing that brought me to Rom’s sight was a forum discussion where a man asked for tips on approaching women and I thought, “I don’t approach women. Women approach me.” Now, guys whom women approach might appear to have game, but, if women approach you, stand there and giggle while you say stupid inappropriate stuff, then you are going to learn to be outrageously inappropriately self-confident, and have no idea that that self-confidence is attractive to women. Enough women are pulling the clothes off these guys on the second date, that the guys never learn how to seduce a woman. When I was dating my future wife, she would do everything but sleep with me (the conniving little b***) , and I had no game to seduce her, so I ended up marrying her. Let that be a lesson to all of you. One really important insight for me in Rom’s video was that a guy with his optimal body will attract his most compatible mate. That was accidentally the case for me. This is so important, because, if you get divorced, she is going to take half of your stuff. So, going to the gym could save you half of your stuff. Interesting point about the teachers. I remember hearing the teachers speak about a teammate I had who would purposefully change for him at his locker in the hallway exposing his bare chest.
