Good news! There have been spy shots of a sport style 890. It’ll be a different chassis/suspension since it’ll be for street riding mainly but it should still kickass! The spy shots suggest that the bodywork is very close to the RC8C as well!
@paulmcmullen9142 жыл бұрын
I was just looking at my 890 and thinking that if I were to redesign it, I would lower the shock, go with a low exhaust, move the gas down to the center and put the airbox in the ‘fuel tank’ area. Turns out that is basically a naked RC-8C!

@@vtranmoto Barber is one of the best tracks in this country! It’s like a small beautiful well kept compound and the atmosphere is intoxicating. Not to mention the track itself it’s smooth and very technical! COTA is a ways away for us, but I would love that so we might! I’ll let you know! I bet it’s an expensive track?
@vtranmoto2 жыл бұрын
@@ryanlowe2808 that's consistent with everything I've heard about Barber. I'm BEYOND excited to experience it myself. Unfortunately, COTA is definitely way ovepriced. $500-600 PER day. Its absurd. But for me, its also the only track in the region that is "World class". So its definitely a special experience. Is it worth it to go regularly? Absolutely not. Is it worth it to go once..maybe twice a year? Maybe...lol.
@ryanlowe28082 жыл бұрын
@@vtranmoto I’ll say this, after riding a real MotoGP track at Mugello last month, I am shocked at the difference between a “world class” track as you say, and all the other American tracks. They make the rest look like go kart tracks, the long sweeping (high speed) corners are no joke and they made me feel like my first time on track again. So fast, so beautiful, so much different than 99% of our tracks. If COTA is the same, then I agree it’s worth going as often as possible!
