When Andwele (AD) approached my wife and I to be in his project I was hesitant. Like one commentor said "being vulnerable" to the world is no joke, especially when it's so easy these days to be a keyboard bully, or suffer other potential ramifications, judgements, etc. So we went to our prayer closet and asked God for guidance. God said do The Counselor so He can be glorified. Also, our decision was helped by the fact that Andwele is our brother in Christ, a good dude and friend, and my wife and I had been to CBF a half dozen times. We love Pastor Bell for he is a good man and brother, and CBF is a dope church! So, with all the aforementioned being considered, I then asked my wife if she was ok with our personal lives being EXPOSED on the internet lol. She's my ride or die, she loves the Lord, and helping others, but I didn't push the agenda - if she didn't want to do The Counselor we weren't going to do it. We surmised that through sharing our journey - in real time - the current pain we're going through now, but having hope in Christ's promises right now, and for a better tomorrow, others may be blessed who are going through similar circumstances as ours. Our love has been tested, is being tested, and will be tested, in the future. But the old adage says "A love that's not been TESTED is a love that can't be TRUSTED", so there you go. I love my wife, very, very much - and she knows it ❤👊🏾 We wanted to be as real and transparent as possible, because the realness will be felt by everyone who watches. I protected my wife, and went as deep and as real as she felt comfortable going. We owed it to AD, Pastor Bell, this God-inspired project, all who tuned in to watch, and to Almighty God Jesus Christ to be humble and honest. Thank you Counselor for the wise guidance and surgically-precise questions to get to the root causes of our situation to extract real solutions that lie within us.
