it was 1966 these covenants were ratified in the United Nations. It was ratified by Canada in 1976

The right to work on fair and favourable condition is integral to unversal human rights as well as right to food, education, and social security and those rights must have equal worth to the civil and political rights and shall be ensured also by ILO Conventions. Yet there are persons and nations that deny the right to decent work and even neglect Abolition of Forced Labour (109) & Discrimination (111) Convention. But I affirm such nations are against humanity similar to nazism or stalinism.
