It was an interesting movie, but gave slot of young girls the wrong idea of what Wicca is truly about. There is so, so, much more to it, and when used for personal selfish reasons, connecting with spirit can be deceptive, and the lines become blurted as the hunger for power and supremacy begins to take many info the darker, or grey areas. People tend to jump in without the support and tutoring of one or more people that know the inside and outside of it.I was involved with Wicca so quite a long time starting in the early 2000s.a lot of people don't look into the religion itself of Wicca which is basically connecting to the Earth the natural energies of the Earth, the elements ,the spirits that have always been here since the beginning of time. I learned a lot and I made some mistakes too. What I can say now is it gave me a very close connection to the Earth, in the energy tied to it, from solid material such a stone to the properties of plants. I learned much but what I didn't like was that a lot of weekends or witches as some prefer to be called, pick a diet e to worship and try to connect to. The important connection is through the Earth, spiritual connection to the Earth's for the heir to the skies, through every element ,worshipping Mother Earth is a good start, but that light that energy which our souls are connected to which every living thing is connected to, the energies and properties plants even when dried or stones can hold, I believe were put there to help us. Indians in many other civilizations throughout time have worshipped a great spirit higher Spirit above anything, I used the term God for lack of a better word.Many people don't even know What does so-called Guardians of the watchtowers really are. Many forces you can call upon and they can be used for bad or good but certain things, you cannot use for malicious on evil purposes, which is why so many people get into the dark aspect of things. It amazes me that so many people believe in angels in the devil's to find it so hard to believe in God, or Supreme Being which rules the highest levels of the astral planes, Where Angels and beings of high Ascension dwell. I don't believe in religion, it's been painted and used to corrupt in to kill for many many years, and to control people, which was not the message that the Messiah was sent to this earth to deliver to us. Just the fact that they decided to in the 16 and 17 hundreds remove whole books and Gospels from the King James version of the Bible tells me that man has corrupted, and decided what was relevant for people to see into learn from and what was not. That right there, confirmed what I felt in my stomach for a long time.the spirit of love, and of light our souls are able to connect to, is that higher power so to speak, it's what I found helpful for me. Staying connected to the light gives a person a barrier of protection as well. Visualization while praying is very important. And I don't mean praying as in they pray in church even though if you want you can. I communicate respectfully, honestly and have made myself accountable everything in my life that I did for so long that was so so very wrong and sinful.everything I never wanted to say so I pushed aside to the back of my mind, but was finally forced to become accountable and recognized my mistakes and sins before I could move on at all. I can't get into on here with my past was about but very long time I was lost, pronounce dead a couple times and still made it ,I I know why now because if I had died in the state that I had been in years ago I would have not ended up in a good place, my spirit would have been lost, left lamenting, sorrowful, afterlife full of mistakes .before technology we had everything on this Earth we needed to survive. Natural medicines, herbs, a lot has been discovered to have properties that great medicines have been made out of. Many are useful right hands with the right knowledge. But without a positive connection to light, that being source of light and energy, well also I can say is can only do so much on your own. When you connect with something powerful and beautiful you feel it like in the electric bolt of energy ,negative energy UCL also if that's what you're trying to use or harness but it has a much different ceiling and for those who are more connected to light the darkness, you can very much feel it more than somebody who has evil intentions with spellcraft. It's like warning Bells going off in your head as well as in your body it's almost paralyzing, very familiar to the feeling of spiritual attack, without so much of the loss of control. It's not a pleasant feeling, and remember many things you may think your invoking may trick you ,and you may associating with a lying Spirit evil entity demon Etc. Usually demonic energies or presences like to step in because they seeing option to deceive. You end up thinking that they're helping you and gifting you is power when really quite the opposite. But as for Wicca, learn as much as you can about it, boundaries, laws, not letting your feelings anger or anxieties make you do something that you will regret because believe me it does come back on you. Something especially bad or Wicked spells or crafting, the 10 time rule does apply. But the most important thing is connecting yourself with not only nature and that energy that nature and the Earth is charged with already, that energy continues into the astral planes and above. I believe in the Mother Earth's but I believe that there are forces beyond that that show the stair is something higher and more powerful that we can stay connected to as long as we dropped our preconceived notions, let go of a lot of what we've been told or forced to believe when young, and set yourself free. We can tap into that Supreme energy, the energy of Love, of pure white light ,if you put it all together it kind of makes sense. Taken me 30 years to come to this conclusion , because there are things that I should have never been able to survive through that I have, which is brought me to the point where I am today. So remember whatever we do in life has consequences, for any interested in Wicca or being a witch, you need about a good year at least of studying plants rocks, the basics of spell work and also working with energy before you can claim that you are The Earth has suffered so immensely in the hands humans and it breaks my heart. As long as you make a decision like that, think it through, thoroughly. This is not really for Demsi, I'm middle aged and I just am sharing a bit of what I know, maybe it may help just beginning a nature based path. Stay focused always, because it's so easy when you get home or if someone does something very bad to you or someone you love it's very hard not to lash out because your spirit will mingle with negative energy to carry-out to spell, and you will begin to feel different, then you will begin to notice subtle changes. Some love it, they love the gray areas or the darker areas,and when this life is over, you can't trust that you're going to end up in a good or peaceful Astral Plain. Remember in life when you live by the sword you die by the sword. Sword being an example ,not the actual sword, unless the shoe fits.
