Nick Knox died June 15, 2018 at 65 years old of cardiogenic shock in Cleveland Clinic. He had lived in Garfield Heights, Ohio, since 1991. Services were at 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 20, at the Donald A. Faulhaber Funeral Home, 7915 Broadview Road, with interment in St. Theodosius Cemetery.
