YGOProDeck should have given you info of the Tuner monsters when you hover over the monster card. Not everyone knows every single Tuner in the game. Most on average knows only the iconic anime Tuners to the actual good Tuners.

Saaaame. My only explanation, like the other person said, is that the website didn't declare that a monster itself is a tuner. It tells you the type and attribute but not if it's a tuner.
