58:07 This is a master example of a missplay: Ruxin34 could've just set Penguin and waited for Cimoos battle phase. He doesnt know about a bigger monster than 1900 in Cimoos hand and has no need to get aggressive. When Cimoo would have summoned Bazoo before battle phase he'd have been straight dead because penguin bounces and Mobius for game. If cimoo wouldve just attacked with Skilled (what i would expect), he would summon bazoo again. To make bazoo survive he'd buff it to at least 2100 mby even 2500. Id say rather 2100, because he didnt see any bigger threats. If so, Ruxin couldve just walked over Bazoo and mby won the game after a longer grindgame. Thats just shows how small choices that seems good in the moment can be an almost guaranteed loss or at least give a way the chance of smth more. The +1 from Penguin wouldve been much better than the -1 from tributing Mobius. Theres no case i can imagine where a tribut summon mobius is better in this moment.

True but it's hard to say without knowing Cimo's hand. Ruxin knew Cimo had silent swordsman 2 in his deck from the previous game but wasn't aware that he drafted bazoo. So there is certainly a case for that play too.

Really disappointed Cimo didn't go all in on Don control.. He's crazy in limited because a lot of battle tricks and equips suddenly become 2 for 1s. I actually prefer running Don over Spirit Reaper. His stats are just high enough that he can wall against or crash with a lot of things, is a search or summon target off Tomato, and can just carry games with any equip card.

As silly as it is, maybe you can make a banlist of some sort for this format ? To avoid any tedious state like what happened with fairy box ? At first it looks fun, but it becomes really dull the more often it appeared.

That would defeat the purpose and also completely mess with the draft. Imagine the only good card you have in your draft is fairy box, and now you have to take some less effective card just because a few whiners can't tolerate seeing someone play a trap card instead of unga bunga beat down.
