You answered my comment. Thank you for keeping ur word on Jerry Reeds Amos Moses as I suggested. Love that talented man. I whole heartedly love❤and very much appreciate this channel. Big👍. I grew up on these songs. I’m 59 and not ashamed to admit it. Another suggestion I haven’t seen one of my many favorites is John Michael Montgomery’s Sold! The Grundy County Auction. Another is Moma She’s Lazy. My step dad said it was about me but that was only bc I liked both the original and comedic versions. Never worried about his sarcasm but I do LOVE ❤ ur channel. You might have noticed the tiny photo of mine on the side with the cowboy outfit and the pattern of my native Igorot jacket. Here in the mountainous region of the Cordillera, Philippines, we the native Igorots (one of the major indigenous group of our country) was influenced heavily by country music when American colonized our country. We love Country Music and we even have our own version "The Igorot Country Music" where artists sing and perform Country Music in our own dialect. Good luck on your channel and more power.

An interesting story about Charlie Pride was after he moved to what was then a very white North Dallas, he was mowing the yard, and a lady drove up and complimented him on the job he was doing and asked what he charged for his services. He replied that he did not really have a set price but that the lady at this house would sleep with him. The lady rolled up her window and drove away.

Jack Blanchard & Misty Morgan's follow-up to "Tennessee Birdwalk" was "Humphrey the Camel". It was a hit on the Country chart but didn't cross over to the Pop chart like "Birdwalk" did. One of Ray Stevens songs actually had a longer title than that if I remember correctly it was on the flip side of the Mississippi squirrel revival 45 and it was called Ned nostril and the South seas paradise put your blues on ice cheap at twice the price band some folks just called it nned nostril for short

I was just watching and you mentioned that Charlie Pride hated the song Red Necks, White Socks and Blue Ribbon Beer, Johnny Russell talked about that on Country's Family Reunion and the way it went it was his manager who thought it was racist and banned it from being sung at a Charlie Pride concert. Before he even recorded it J.R. called Charlie Pride who asked him if he thought it would be a hit, he said yes and Charlie said well then record it. Even though Charlie had no problem with it his manager still banned it .

Redneck song came out by someone else on the last 1960’s my uncles band played it . Misty passed away im good friends of theirs. Jack lives by Tampa. He changed his name to jack but was born John.
