Listen this is the Wild West, not beautiful T.N. The young man she was chasing could have had a gun, and this is a "stand your ground state" - she was chasing him, and he had the right to defend himself. He is back on street, within hours, no jail time. Fashion Show mall is super high crime. The crime is out of control on the strip and off strip. If you guys only knew, then again, I guess that's why you don't. Fashion Show mall many times the bullets are flying. We don't leave items in the car while parked in our own driveway, they sweep the Neiborhood's by foot @ 4:00 and will break your car window, --- . The Police have a very difficult job in this city, something very innocent can turn ugly very fast and it doesn't matter that you're the good guy. The Las Vegas Police are trained to use deadly force, they don't mess around. Don't leave anything in your car, don't leave anything in your hotel room....another Big problem - sorry not the hotel problem. Glad your safe, NEVER DO THAT AGAIN!~

Been to Vegas very many times never never never leave any valuable items in your vehicle and if you absolutely have to make sure you have a lock box that tethers or is permanently bolted down to the vehicle have to permit lock boxes in my raptor and all the door handles are shaved to help with breaking in

It happens to all of us. I was setting in the truck about 5 months ago in front of the thrift store. when I got a text from my bank asking if I authorized a payment of $820,000 dollars to a company in China. That will make your heart stop.. I called the bank right away and told them I did not and I can be to the bank in 10 minutes as it was just down the road. They were closed as it was after 5 pm, but they said they would take care of it and stop in in the morning.

@@bleepinjeep I have a house an hour outside of Vegas and it is as safe as you will find. Still in Clark county up by the Logandale trail system. A lot of Vegas Police live there so they keep it safe and we have a great off road area in our backyard.

Former LEO, a friend of mine has had multiple break-ins when his crews are working in CA and most big cities, over 7 times this year. In one instance they had a steel gangbox stolen from a truck backed in with the other sides blocked with other trucks parked blocking the sides of it (F250 4×4 and cargo trailer) somehow they lifted it out and over the truck at the hotel. The police response is telling him to report to insurance company and deal with it.
