😍Wow, that's a lot. I love ballet, but I am happy to be an amateur in a small studio. I certainly hope your instructors and choreographers are respectful of the dancers need for proper rest and doing what they need to do to prevent injury.

😍 I know how you feel some days, as I have worked 12-plus-hour days for the US Postal Service. I've started at 6 a.m. during either the peak period (mid-November to just after Christmas) or when Amazon has some of their Prime special sales and didn't get off until around 6 p.m. or later. Once, I had to do the early-morning deliveries, then had to go to a town a 45-minute drive away to fill in for one of their routes. I was wondering if you'd ever consider yoga for your morning warm-ups in addition to Pilates.

I am making an assumption about your comments on Christianity that you are not a member of CofE. I know that like the US, church membership has fallen and more people consider themselves agnostic or not affiliated with a church or religion (I know these are two different things.). I enjoy following your vlogs. I have another questions was staying in a "v" formation not necessary? There were several times when the formation was lost by several different dancers.
