Excellent breakdown of goals, learning, and growing. I may be speaking from my own experience learning blender, but I'll add some other ideas that may resonate with others. Simply put: Move at your own comfortable speed. Don't rush yourself. Don't concern or compare yourself to someone that's better or faster. Sure and steady is all that's important. You will get better and faster and begin to understand more. So let it happen naturally and enjoy the ride 🙂
