My youngest is in her late 30s now, but when she was a child she kept us on our toes. When she was around 3, maybe 4, I was cleaning the basement organizing what to toss and what to keep, when she came down the stairs, looked over my shoulder, and asked who that man was hanging there? I told her I didn't see any man but she insisted. For days after she would go downstairs. My late husband went down one afternoon when he heard her talking to someone. This freaked him out. After digging around in archives and old newspapers we found that our then 90-year-old home had a secret we knew nothing about. One of the previous owners, back in the early 1950s had come home from the war suffering from PTSD. He hung himself in his basement 6 years after returning home. To this day, my daughter 'sees dead people' and until she got married and had children of her own, she often helped to cross souls over or bring messages to loved ones from them.

Just the other day one of my youngest, newer horse riding students (only been with us for a couple months so she was not overly familiar with any of us yet) said to me out of the clear blue "Your pony misses you and knows how much you love him". She never saw him or even pictures of him, not even a mention since he was gone before she came to us. Didn't think much of it at the time but... my "pony" was a 2300 lb Clydesdale, better than 6 feet tall at the shoulder. I am the only one that EVER called him Pony and only said it ever to him. Lost him recently to old age. I miss him, too. Over the years of teaching and coaching young children, I have come to expect these things but it always catches me off guard when they DO offer these types of comments.

@@justice9094I'm the same way... the dog that I had grown up with for 16 years passed shortly after my Nana did, which was a year after my Bumpa (Nana's husband) had passed. Tiger, the dog, would aways sit between them on the couch whenever they visited with his head on Nana's knee, so when he finally passed, and so soon after Nana, my mom said that maybe he knew Bumpa and Nana needed their 'couch buddy' and so he went to keep them company for us. That thought brought me a lot of comfort in those sad days, and I like to think Tiger knew we needed healing and sent our two current dogs our way, one young puggle with severe separation anxiety, who desperately needed a patience, understanding home, and my cousin's older basset, who had stayed with us multiple times while my cousin was going through chemo, who was besties with Tiger and so I like to think that after my cousin passed, Tiger's spirit nudged the family towards letting us keep her. Now Sadie and Indy both have a loving home and we have them to help heal our hearts. I know my Tigey-Boy is happy to see us happy now.

One day when my son was 4 yrs old, he was playing in his bedroom while I was sweeping the house. He came out of the bedroom with his arms spread like wings and moved slowly around the room like he was flying and looking down. He looked up at me, smiling the brightest smile I've ever seen, and said, "long time ago me angel, mom; long time ago me flying and flying...". He closed his eyes for a moment, and I'd swear he actually glowed, then went back to "flying" around the house for another 10 - 15 minutes. (My son had difficulty speaking - he was in speech therapy for about 4 years).

There are many people born with extra senses. Sometimes it lays dormant, sometimes it blossoms. It tends to run in families. Sad that so many find it evil. Children are the most open as they trust that what they're experiencing is what they're experiencing. Some lose it naturally while others are often told those experiences aren't real, they actually believe it after a while and ignore it.

A little more than 30yrs ago my then 4yr old daughter rubbed my belly and said there's a baby in there. I told her there couldnt be because I had my tubes tied and couldn't have any more. She insisted so I bought a pregnancy test and lo and behold she was right. A few weeks later she told me I had 2 babies in my belly. She was right again. A few months later she told me there's only one baby now. I'm sorry mommy. One of our twins died in utero. When the doctor told me one was gone I told him I already knew. It gets weirder. When I told him how I knew he wasn't at all shocked. He just turned and looked at my daughter. And smiled.

6:40 One of my twins said almost the exactly same thing. She said in this place, there were portals, and they had to choose which one to go through, "and then we got here" - points to my belly. I asked "and why did you pick this portal to my belly?" "Because we were just babies and didn't know any better?" On another occasion she told me why I got twins. It was because my other daughter was too afraid to go through the portal, so she took her by the hand and said they would do this together. My other daughter, who had overheard the conversation, protested: "No, we were BOTH afraid!"

I had started meditating 2x a day yrs before I got pregnant, & continued to do so through my pregnancy. For the first 5-6 months, I could sense that tiny body growing & changing, but there was no sense of awareness to connect to. Then one day when I had just past the 6 month mark, I sunk down into my body to check in with the baby & it was like bumping into someone in a totally dark room when you thought you were alone. Suddenly there was a whole, real person inside me, with thoughts, feelings, perceptions; we were both surprised, then we found we could... curl together. Later, when he was 1-2, I had dream after dream about us talking, & him telling me that we had started out as fraternal twins in a very recent life, but we were miscarried. He would tell me he was so glad he found me again, & we talked about the "portal" that so many people mention.

I was too young to remember this story, but it was told exactly the same by 4 different family members. Apparently I was having trouble learning to tie my shoes. One day I woke up and did it perfectly. My aunt asked how I did it. I told her that grandpa (her dad that died before I was born) showed me in my dream. He came out of a "moomy tomb" (I'm guessing my best attempt at describing a casket?). She didn't believe me and asked for his description. It was spot on. My family didn't keep pictures. There are so many things to tell lmfao...I feel scared whenever i hear all this as we all live in same house. he's 18 lol. It's traumatizing for him. he's tired of it. Created in and for Portuguese ( Spanish type classical guitar and cultural reference ) in a tribute for his time there, and I could practically sing right along as the music resonated throughout my whole being. I otherwise can't even speak a word other than English and have a 'tin ear' for languages. 🤣 One song was about Mothers (widowed) and their sons dancing together with the Mothers having a photo of their husbands/ son's Father's pinned on their breast lapel. My Father died when I was 13...eerie right? Yet it seemed to put something at peace. 🕊️

Research conflicts (bc affected by people's biases?) whenever we get beyond Imperical Evidence. But there are many accounts of children under 7yrs who "recall past lives" and some have been "proven" by research &/or taking them where they say they had lived and they "just know things". It seems to stop by that age, I think it's a self-defense mechanism because people freak out and treat them weird for it (or they outgrow their memories, it'd be overwhelming otherwise). Not necessary all souls, could be though there could be even more going on. It is also very possible that (going on assuming it is true) we are not all recycled, but that some/a lot are "new". Since the current population is so much bigger then it used to be it would make sense that there is a flow of "new souls". If there really is something like a ghost I think it is more likely that they have no physical ability, but our "souls" would pick them up and by something akin to psychosomatic processes we "make it real" for ourselves (though there is the argument to be made that souls still follow natural laws, just ones we do not know and who knows how those laws could interact with our known physical laws) Yes, I may think about this kind of stuff pretty often.

While all the commenters are just blown away, I'd like to point out that some of these are just freakin' lies.

When I was 9 I contracted Downs Syndrome from some bad chicken. I was hospitalized for 3 days and now my chromosomes are fine.
