Ingredients:
4 lb chicken
Seasonings:
1 Tbsp salt
1 Tbsp smoked paprika
1 Tbsp oregano
1 Tbsp black pepper
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp all-purple seasoning
1 Tbsp cayenne pepper
1 Tsp curry powder
1 tsp minced garlic
Cooking instructions
Wash and clean 4 lb of chicken legs and thighs. Add 1 tsp of minced garlic to the chicken. Add 1/2 of the season listed above to the chicken, gently massage the chicken with seasoning, and ensure that the seasoning quotes all the surfaces of the chicken. Flour mixture- in a large bowl add 2 cups of flour, add the remaining half of the seasoning above, and use a fork to combine flour and seasoning. Egg wash- in a bowl add two large eggs, add 1/4 cup coconut milk, and whisk thoroughly to ensure the mixture is even throughout. Dip chicken into the flour mixture, ensure flour mixer coats all surfaces of chicken, dip chicken into egg wash, then back into the flour mixture, place chicken on rack, repeat this process for all pieces of chicken. Spray chicken with olive oil, or regular oil to ensure that no flour spot is exposed on the chicken. Put chicken in air fryer and cook for a total of 40 minutes at 370°. After the first 18 minutes, remove chicken from the air fryer, and flip the chicken around to the opposite side. Place chicken back into the air fryer, and cook for another 22 minutes. Chicken should come out nice golden and crispy. Enjoy, love your life.

I could have added cornstarch, but I intentionally left it out. The chicken came out absolutely crispy
