The Crow (2024) Movie Review

I loved the 3rd act and felt the love story was lacking chemistry. I agree with the opera song didn’t work. Though the cover of “Burn” was great as it was done by Stabbing Westward. And it’s not the second best as City of Angels was way better. If I ranked the franchise it would be 1) 94’ Crow. 2) city of angels 3) stairway to heaven (tv series) 4) 2024 Crow 5) Salvation 6) Wicked Prayer. And yeah I’m a huge Crow fan from the 90’s and went into this one without thinking about the other films.

I'll watch it when it's streaming on something I'm already paying for. Would love to see an actual adaptation of the Crow comic book. An adaptation like what 300 or SinCity got.

I didn't like how they made them drug addicts, I can't say anything about the comic.... Billy, the original characters in the other movie The OG movie. They were pure people I guess you could say, Aunt, if they or anything like the comic then I think making them drug addicts is kind of spitting in the face because the comic was a form of the Creator working through his grief... Like Shelly and Eric kind of represented him and his girlfriend. That's just me though

I was never really a fan of the 94 Crow, it was okay, I didn't hate it, just not my thing.....from what you're saying about the new one, I'm not really interested in seeing it, but I'm sure one insomnia crazed night I'll give it a watch when it's streaming. Thank, Robbie!
