While I see what you're going for, making sure the foundation is hidden as much as possible, it is rather necessary depending on the situation. Because if some random transmission cuts to a random anomaly on the loose, there may not be alot of people buying it. But if they know that there's a actual government association foundation warning about some danger on the loose, that may catch some more eyes. And they can also give out whatever makes people forget stuff after the whole situation is contained.
