✪ The Curse of Issyos (good ending)

The Curse of Issyos is freeware retro arcade game from indie developer Locomalito. If you like old arcade games, or old console games like Nintendo titles etc, then you should try this game. Game perfectly captures feeling of those old arcade games by mimicking visuals and sound. Game-play is even better than one in old games, character controls are smooth and accurate. Game is 2D right scrolling "beat/slash-em-up" type of game, combined with some platforming. What amazing is that game is mostly product of one man , Locomalito who's done all programming and art. Greek theme inspired soundtrack is work of Gryzor87 and it's equally good as the rest of the game.
This was not my best run definitely, but I beat game with one credit and got good ending. Actually game is not hard but I was still "fresh" when recording this one. Anyway, you can finish game much faster by skipping some levels, but in that case you will get bad ending. Game is not hard, it's free and I definitely suggest you to download it and try it. It's one of those games that will give you great relaxing 20-30 minutes of fun playing.

Getting all three keys without having to cross the lava part of Medusa's Lair? Sorcery!

Upper parts of level contains more boxes so odds that keys will be there are pretty high. If I don't find it there, then I go down. Lava part is more difficult and at the time of recording this video I was not pretty good at this game. It's actually an easy game and today I can finish it without losing life probably every time. Cheers!

I've suffered the level enough to know the the layout well, but I suppose the RNG gods did not smile upon me. Ever. Every time I played the map, there was _always_ a key across the lava. And every time, either the bats or birds would slap me into the lava.

I play everything with keyboard. This game is simple: you have left,right,down, jump and hit. No up. So I use wsad (without w) and I set num5 for hit and num6 for jump. I play all arcade games like that. Oh, yeah: and no mouse is needed. Cheers.
