I got a top notch routine for you my friends. Doable in a reasonable amount of time and worth every second of effort you will put in.
Equipment needed: 2 Dumbbells (optional)
5 Rounds:
10 x 3 Pump Burpees with 2 Reverse Lunge Chasers (with dumbbell)
15 Leg Raises
1 Minute Jump Rope
If this is too challenging for you or if you don't have dumbbells, you can easily scale down the routine a bit and adapt it to your level.
For example by doing 5 x 3 pumps or 10 x 6 Count Burpees instead of the 3 pumps.
Remember, if you want you will always find a way to do something. Also in fitness.
