I got a top notch routine for you my friends. Doable in a reasonable amount of time and worth every second of effort you will put in.
Equipment needed: 2 Dumbbells (optional)
5 Rounds:
10 x 3 Pump Burpees with 2 Reverse Lunge Chasers (with dumbbell)
15 Leg Raises
1 Minute Jump Rope
If this is too challenging for you or if you don't have dumbbells, you can easily scale down the routine a bit and adapt it to your level.
For example by doing 5 x 3 pumps or 10 x 6 Count Burpees instead of the 3 pumps.
Remember, if you want you will always find a way to do something. Also in fitness.

Solid work! This is nice workout, relatively quick when time is an issue but definitively challenging and, as you put it at the begining, it's adjustable to anybody's fitness level. Great work 👌
