That was an amazing low impact workout. I’m 53 years old and had so much fun. I usually go on my treadmill for 30 minutes every day after my abs, arms and leg workout. Lately I’ve been getting bored on my treadmill and when I saw your workout. I said now that looks like fun. This was my first time working out with you and I will be changing my cardio workout to yours. You made me sweat!!!!! Lol

Just so you know, I create 3 levels of workouts on my channel (gentle, beginner and intermediate). If you enjoyed this one, you'll find more like it in the intermediate level standing playlists. I upload new workouts every Monday so some weeks the workouts will be too easy for you, but the playlists will help you to find the ones that suit you best. Welcome to my channel! I hope you enjoy more of the workouts when you try them out.

Did this little beauty again today.... I really Really love it. Full body workout definitely.....i did arms yesterday and up my weight yesterday so this was even more challenging with sore arms but i go there. More like this would be great but im happy repeating this few times a week. The music really gets you in the mood xxx

This was my first day, my first workout. I'm 80 years old and have not had a consistent work out in a long time - since my YMCA class closed during the big shut down.. This felt fantastic - up beat and rigorous enough for me at this beginning stage. Thank you - it was fun, inspiring, and encouraging!

You are AMAZING! I truly hope that I can do this workout when I am 80! I am truly impressed. I create 3 levels of workouts (gentle, beginner and intermediate levels) and categorize them all in the playlists. If you liked this one, you'll find more like it in the intermediate level playlist. I hope you enjoy more of them! And, kudos to you for taking such good care of your fitness & health.

Amazing @ 80! I am 66 years old and discovered these workouts about 6 months ago. With this heat, they have been a godsend. For just the cardio workouts (no weights), I up the playback speed to 1.25. So grateful for these free workouts.

Jules you have helped my wife and I immensely over the past few years. We're from Singapore. I'm 70 and she's 65. It has been a lifestyle change for us. What is amazing is that you can devise so many different sessions. We will be forever grateful.

Oh my!! My arms!!! I forgot what an arm workout this one was…..but we did it. Twice in one week!!!! Yea!!!! We feel accomplished.

I’ve already done this wonderful workout three times. The side body, squats, arms, balance and continuous cardio delivers the full package for an overall complete body workout. Thank you for providing variety but most of all keeping your workouts accessible.❤

That was so good. Managed it without my knee complaining so that's a win. Loved the view out the "window" better than mine today. Another wet and cloudy day in Scotland. Loved your post on your web site today. I totally understand NSV. Been at it now for 4 weeks. 5 lbs off. It's slow but I am getting there. However I feel better in myself and I see small differences. Exercise definitely helps. Thanks Jules.

I am 57 and have just lost over 30 pounds. My arms are tired but I feel rejuvenated after your workout! As a non scale victory I was able to complete the last stretch on both legs. Before I could not even raise my leg and hold it to my butt. Thanks!

What a surprise this workout was! A good surpise! You were a ball of energy and so was the workout! I was as pretty low energy when I started but you quickly changed that. I loved it!

I recently found your channel, I'm 51 and fighting the menopausal middle & the frustration/discouragement that goes with it. I started 3 weeks ago with your ABBA work out. I'm hooked! I work out to you 2x a day minimum. I enjoy them in the morning and after dinner. I'm stronger, seeing & feeling results & sleeping better. 🎉I was active before, but you're giving me a whole new motivation. I appreciate you so much! Keep up the great work❤

Thank you so so much for all of these! Such a great help! I have a prior shattered ankle (30yrs ago). I am 55yrs old and also have an injured knee. I started at 320lbs and was unable to walk even around the block. Do to diet, and your exercises, I am down to 264lbs since July 2023. I've tried so many other videos but can stick to yours! They are fun and upbeat! They have helped to save me!

We did this one to start our day. Wow, what a great one! By the way, I like your quote at the end about reset, refocus, restart, etc, as many times as we need to. It seems we’re always doing that. The quote gives me encouragement and confidence that it’s okay if we get off track for a bit, as long as we pick it right back up again at the first opportunity and just start again. Thank you so much!!!!!!

I am so excited I found your channel. I am seeing and feeling results!. I actually want to do your routines, girl! Thank you! I'm 58 and it's too damn hot to walk outside right now. I usually walk 2.5 miles a few days a week (about 40 mins). Your routines are so much better than just walking!

That was great . . . in three years I have had two hip replacements and am now 64 and need to get into a consistent workout routine. I just found you three weeks ago and have done your shorter videos, which I love. I have to say my shoulders/arms were tired! I will use this video on repeat. Thank you!

Love the workouts! I'm 65 and recently had pancreatitis. ..I started with the light programmes and slowly going through a variety of them including tabata ! I'll jeep doing them when iv recovered from gallbladder op..thankyou ❤

Wonderful workout! This is my go-to workout, great music, and great motivator. I tweak it a little by doing jump rope every other 30 seconds, then walk. Enjoy it. Keep up excellent work. 😊

This is one of my favorite workouts. When I first started doing it, it was hard, but now I just don't want it to end. I especially like the workouts you have that have a strong clear beat in them like this one. I don't know what it is about the beat, but it just makes me forget I'm exercising and instead I'm just having fun.

Wow!! Loved this workout. The music is awesome and your moves were great!! It was almost like weight lifting with so many arm moves. I had to switch to one arm at a time part way through...but I am going to get this one down eventually. Looking forward to the challenge. Thank you so much for making these!!

January schedule and my favvvvv. Awwww this is just so great. My playlist called Jules Best is almost full❤ the tunes in this one really keep you motivated .....it doesn't feel like 30 minutes. Really is a gold star award this one. Could do it every day. Has feel good factor and I think its loosened my arms a bit, so I'm now off try upper body strength.....wish me luck👌👌👌

@@ImprovedHealth Dear Jules, I know. I just commented to the latest video so that you could see my comment. I started with the gentle workouts. Thank you for responding, you are very kind. I realy had a lousy 2 years, I lost my job and was forced to retire, I have a mild- or not so mild- depression, I fell 4 times in the street, I had a gall-bladder operation, had pneumonia and developed high blood pressure. It's the first time in 2 years, by starting your workouts, that I feel better, more optimistic, more hopefull. There is something so kind and sweet in the way you do the workouts, that makes me feel, allthough you don't know us, that you realy care. Please, don't change! Thank you very much!

@@konstanceellis847 Thank you! I definitely do care, and I am absolutely thrilled to read that you are feeling more optimistic. Exercise definitely helps to elevate our moods. Plus, with all the things that have happened to you, getting stronger will absolutely help. So many people have told me how their blood pressure has improved, and some people have even been taken off their BP medications due to the exercise lowering it naturally. I look forward to hearing about your progress as you continue. Another great resource that I'd like to suggest is an app called 'Insight Timer'. It's free mindfulness sessions that a lot of people find helpful for depression. Writing a gratitude journal is also something that is proven to help a lot of people. I hope those also help you.🫂
