This channel is such a gem. I love Having a few “dirt ball” techniques in the back pocket. Simple, effective stuff and great recording angles. ✌🏽

Thanks! But keep that low key, I've got a reputation to maintain.

I've been trying this recently but I find my grip always slips. I live in a warm place and after about 3 minutes, opponents get slippery. Which is generally how it stays for the next 2 hours... Any tips for how to really lock down the grip? I'm trying to use stiff-arm and pressure against the ground and I train grip as well, but once they get slippy, I lose more than 95% of attempts on this. It's great once you get the hand behind the back, but getting there is surprisingly difficult.

Omg I did this the other day not knowing it was a thing. I had the arm and passed it to his back to pass the guard. I will refine it with this video.

Brilliant and simple as always. Will definitely work Gi and No Gi. Thanks Also, where would one get that Dirtball rash guard????
@DirtballBJJ7 ай бұрын
Sometimes it is easier to make the grips in the gi! So, yes, use it in both!! I have a shipment of rashguards arriving any day now. Once I have them I'll let everyone know. Thanks for the interest and support!!
