You need a routine. It is the only way to take control of your life. And if you think you don't need one, you were either assigned one by society or "not having a routine" is your routine. Your mind craves order and structure. It it doesn't maintain it, you get overwhelmed and anxious.

Now here's the most beautiful love story: Me and you? Though we have fallen short of the glory of God by comitting just one sin which we deserve death and hell for, the Good News is that God loved us soo much that He, All-Powerful and All-Knowing Spirit came to earth in a human body as Jesus Christ, the fullness of God bodily, to live a perfect life keeping and fulfilling all laws and commandments, not sinning ONCE, and then sacrificing Himself on a cross for YOU! By shedding His Blood, He paid the penalty for your sin so that you could be washed clean from all sins and develop a personal relationship with God and spend eternity together with Him in Heaven. How awesome is that?! That's God's grace. All you have to do to accept His gift of grace is turn away from your sin and believe that Jesus is God, He shed His precious Blood for you and He is risen from the dead, He's in full control of your life that He rules over you. It's not by works or being a good person, it's only by God's grace through faith in Him. Jesus desires a personal relationship with you. Wow that is so incredible! Please turn to Him, He loves you so much and so do I!!

17:30 Dan's Daily routine: 30-Minute Morning Walk (6 AM): Dan starts his day with a morning walk, listening to podcasts or planning his day. He aims for 15,000 to 20,000 steps daily for its numerous benefits. 90 Minutes of Focused Work: Early in the morning, Dan engages in focused work, writing books, newsletters, and marketing materials. This helps him complete priority tasks early in the day. Second 30-Minute Walk or Run: Depending on the day, Dan either goes for another walk or runs for 30 minutes, three times a week, for cardio exercise. During walks, he listens to educational materials and notes ideas. Second 90-Minute Focused Work Block: Post-exercise, Dan focuses on less creative tasks like administrative work or client communication. This time is more prone to open loops and distractions. Calls or Another Walk: Dan incorporates calls related to his software project, Cortex, into his routine. If not on calls, he goes for another walk. Gym Session (Around 1-2 PM): His gym session marks the transition from work to rest, usually training every day or three times a week. Conversational Lunch with Editor: He has a leisurely lunch with his editor to socialize and discuss non-business topics. Nap, Walk, or Busy Work (3-4 PM): This time is reserved for psychological recovery, involving easy tasks, naps, or walks. Dinner with Friends or Girlfriend: Evenings are typically for socializing over dinner or relaxing with his girlfriend.

I don't how I got recommended this video, the themes I haven't said aloud, but this is EXACTLY what I needed right now! I'm stuck, after a horrible decade of drug addiction, homelessness and abuse, these last 2years has been to just try to climatise back into society, but now I'm lost, I know a routine, and goals would help alot, but I get so overwhelmed before I start.. Your video broke it down so simply, I believe I can work with it, I'm already making plans. So thankyou! There are no coincidences, so I'm glad someone out there is still looking out for me.. 💖

When we love what we do on a daily basis, job doesn't feel like a work with Monday morning blues, instead it really becomes our passion and very exciting to work on. So find out your biggest passion and try to make it as a full time profession.😎😎😎

This is perfect and exactly what I needed to hear. I lack a routine by letting what flares up in a day change/dictate what I do next and despite setting out with my list of objectives to get through each day - also bypassing my long-term goals to 'manage' what needs doing. This organized, purposeful flow requires we are mindful *and* disciplined - (i.e. appreciate the honesty regarding calls - and how the time dedicated to taking calls is met with aversion only to the point it conflicts with the goal/s} and then it gets mindfully added (albeit limited/scheduled time) to the day. Scheduling that block with a specific time limitation makes it less daunting as well as preventing it from monopolizing the day/week.

Listening to you all this time is like reading 100 books already, you give us this unique detailed perspective where you make sure we understand everything and it’s working. I’m at my worst now and before I play your video I just know it’s gonna give me what I need to hear, Thank you for the effort and genuine care, and repeating until we get it. The idiots who say “oh he does it for the money” are the same people who would do anything for money (you’re exposing your way of thinking) or jealous. Everybody wants money what’s wrong with that? aren’t we watching this to make money in the first place? At least he put himself in the top line where the money actually needs to be invested! In someone like him, him making money through his passion is exactly a proof to you and all of us that we can do this, it’s just a case study to his own message to us! People need to evolve their brain and grow tf up

It just changed the whole perception of my reality. I view the world differently each time I watch your video. One of the crucial advice I ever got is, reading a single page of book and understanding it well is far more greater than just reading the whole 50 page book, discipline is a key for growth and happiness. By far I didn't knew the nature of real discipline, watching your video on schedule and discipline really helped me to navigate the desire result I wanted. These content are really helpful and I cheer you up for making such content during the global crisis and all sort of brainwashing media. Wishing you healthy and happy life.

Happened to just stumble upon your video, and ... very impressed with everything you've said, couldn't agree more with you. I have always been meticulous about my schedule, until tragedy struck about a year ago and my therapist insisted that I needed to take a step back and focus more on my mental health and healing... at the time of the tragedy, I had just completely buried myself in routines. But trusting her, I took her advice and the quality of my life instantly started to suffer. I understand that this might be helpful for others, taking a break from routine, but for me it had the opposite effect, and only worsened my mental health issues, compacting the effects of the tragedy for me. Now I am in the process of rebuilding my routine and schedule, and my sense of sanity is slowly returning. I just subbed. Will be watching your videos with my daily walks - which I've been doing before watching your videos. These have actually been one of the best things for my mental health. And I'll certainly be purchasing your book, as I really resonate with everything you've said here. Thank you for this. It's encouraging to have some validation for this lifestyle, as well as a reminder and encouragement to keep at it, and why I do it in the first place.

None of these daily routine videos apply to people who have families and/or drive to work. I'm interested to see if someone can create (Though im sure someone already has) a daily routine that incorporates the endless daily tasks and chores in the home + commuting to and from a job + spending quality time with family. Not hating on those with no job or family, and also, not complaining about having a job or family. Just curious as to why these daily routine videos are so common on my feed, despite not being applicable by the majority of viewers.

He was talking about time to reflect and plan and strategise and work and so on… but he also said sometimes it’s just about nose to the grindstone (especially with young kids) and making even the smallest plan to take advantage of times that present themselves, to work on whatever your thing is

We all have the same 24hrs to utilise. Get up earlier, use your commute time to expand your mind, go to gym or go for walk during your work lunch break. You have resources your just not using them. And complaining and having a negative mindset will get you nowhere. Do what you’ve always done, and expect the same results you’ve always got.

How many time have you truly try it, or has try it to find which one work for you, is not doing what other do is see what others do and find how can make the change that work for you. For as long as we justify our luck of commitment, we will never find the way to get what we one. I working and have 2 now grown children's and when I look these videos I looked with the mind set of " Let me see what I can take from here and apply to my life we are not copy paste we are individuals with many different thing

Putting our time and effort in activities and investments that will yield a profitable return in the future is what we should be aiming for. Success depends on the actions or steps you take to achieve it. This made me remember that Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. "You're not going to remember those expensive shoes you bought ten years ago, but you will remember every single morning when you look at your bank account that extra 0 in there. Financial management is a crucial topic that most tend to shy away from, and ends up haunting them in the near future. I promise, that's going to be way more fun to look at everyday", I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life too.

You got it, you've remind me of what someone once said "The mind is the man, the poor is in it and the rich is it too". This sentence is the secret of most successful investors. I once attended similar and ever since then been waxing strong financially, and i most tell you the truth..investment is the key that can secure your family future.

People who give up in life are people who lose in life, my first experience happens to be a failure but I never gave up cause I knew it was going to work out for me trying continuously, fortunately I'm smiling today by getting involved in investment

Thank goodness you brought this up! Truly, investing has changed my perspective on how one can succeed in life; working multiple jobs isn't the optimal way to attain financial freedom and unfortunately, we discover this lately in life. Currently I earn as much as 10 grands weekly and this has improved my financial life.

Is there a good video like this on setting boundaries to protect your routine? My life has been taken over, I'm exhausted. My career is gone, my jobs sabotaged, I even managed to get a grant to move to a better place and restart, sabotaged, I'm given no time or money to build the businesses I want, Goal this year is to take it back, I'm burnt out doing everything for everyone. But every boundary I try to set is met with hostility. I typed up a list on things that could be delegated between them and they refused. My dad is on his way out and if I can't get it together, we're all screwed. I'm at a loss here.

"A writer doesn’t need motivation to synthesize ideas" man, as a writer myself, with plenty of other writer friends, this is the farest thing from the truth ever, somedays our creativity flows like water, and others we feel so disconnected from our material, that we can't get not one single word wrote in a full day.

@@geoffreyallenperdue I do practice everyday bro, it's just harder some days than others, it's not easy and it requires tons of trial and error. Just pointing out that it's not because you're a writer, that words will fall from the sky for you everytime you sit to write.

I have listened to a couple of your videos but they seem very specific for people who don't go to an office, who only do online oriented work and who don't have children that require additional time...most people have to work more than 4 hours. I commend you on this level of discipline. Most people aren't this structured.

Well I am trying to change my life. This process started 2 years ago so far I have met the goals I sent to achieve in those first two years. I think this next part is the probably the hardest because it takes believing in myself completely and not letting my shortcomings deter me from taking steps. I’m trying to change my mind set and focus on the good and work on what’s not there yet. The dream is to achieve my ultimate goal within 5 years so two years down, 3 more to go. Good luck everyone with whatever you are working on at the moment. You will achieve it if you keep going.
