You do know that there was a time in America where Black people were not ALLOWED to compete in professional sports correct? There were literal laws against Black people participating in professional sports. THOSE are what you call racist rules. The Rooney Rule is only a response to the DECADES of discrimination and exclusion of Black people in professional sports. Basically, if white people hadn't been so racist and discriminatory against Black people for so long we wouldn't need rules to force white people to give Black people their fair opportunity such as the Rooney Rule. That's the ONLY reason the rule exists, to make white people act right and give minorities their rightly deserved FAIR and EQUAL opportunity. And even with the Rooney Rule in place Black people STILL aren't given the same fair shake as their white counterparts

Tests at every level from magnet high schools, to college entrance exams, graduate schools and professional certifications test. Some of the gaps are so striking. Look at the LSAT, the White and Asian average is 153, for Blacks 142. An 11 point gap on a test where the difference between all correct answer and all wrong is 60 points. And then you have bar passages rates. Based on grades and test scores today discrimination was not the reason for the severe underrepresentation. Do you know the real reason?

When it comes to Rogan, we cannot censor everyone who does not follow a mainstream narrative. His recent podcasts have really bothered me, but I have a better understanding of my position through exploring and understanding the opinions of his guests. I can now defended my position better because I am educated on both sides of the argument. This is how truth can be strengthened when challenged and adjusted if disproven. We have also seen how credibility can be damaged when mainstream entities push a false narrative to further an agenda (like horse dewormer and early mask discouragement). Be careful with your calls for censorship and blind faith in the mainstream before we lose the value of truth.
