23:14 if you are at War you cannot risk going out alone throughout all of Westeros on a dragon Solo or even with just two people you have to think you're going to be attacked at any moment so you need to go with at least four to five dragons or enough where you're safe to travel and Dragonstone is protected but to go out with just one or two you're basically just saying hey kill me now

George R.R. Martin has hinted that a Dragon egg takes death to hatch. So basically with death comes life. If you think about it Daenerys Dragons Were hatched because her husband died Khal Drogan was burned the witch burned and then she was in the middle and it hatched all three of her dragon eggs so with death comes life so you'll see every person that dies probably an extra dragon egg will be hatched

Tony Fkn B.... I went down this same rabbit hole but it doesn’t add up. If death birth dragons Aegon 5th would’ve birthed a dragon the night Summerhall burned. He had dragon eggs and fire and a lot of people (great people at that) died and nothing happened. It can’t be birth of new life either (which is another rabbit hole that leads nowhere) because that night at Summerhall Rhaegar was born as well. I don’t even think the ingredients where right just not done in the right order (ingredients= death, fire, birth) because in fire and blood we got Dreamfyre Rhaenya (King Jaehaery’s older sister) birthing dragons like crazy without any of that going on (that we know of, to be fair).... the closes I’ve seen anyone get on figuring it out is Preston Jacobs genetics of dragons/ice and fire series he did a long time ago and even that has plot holes in it but I do believe he’s got the right idea. You should check it out I think you would like it especially if how they birth dragons interest you.

Why he had to pick between Viserys and Rhaenys. Tbh who knows, maybe it only works like that, when George makes it work like that, and ita beneficial to his story. And then when its not he doesnt make em hatch lol

Tony Fkn B.. if it was any other writer I would be all over the “it works when he wants it to and doesn’t work when he doesn’t want it to” mindset. But George loves to make fictional “science”/syfy make as much sense as he can so I’m sure there is a recipe to it that we just don’t understand yet. Also I’m sorry if I came across rude. I just love talking asoiaf and thought you might enjoy that genetics of dragons video if you hadn’t seen it. The “How dragons are birthed” puzzle is one of my favorites in asoiaf so your comment caught my attention lol.

@@KingOfWinter naw ur not rude. Im just stuck on the death brings life aspect he mentioned. And sometimes it does with Daenery her dead husband the witch burning and she goes in the fire and bam, eggs hatch. But if we're talking dance of the dragons, they should be hatching like crazy, because everyone dies lol im sure he has answer and im sure there is a specific method. Maybe a sacrifice more so then just a death. Like Laenas death maybe. Or makes you wonder about all the moms that died in child birth. Jons mom, and he was Targaryen. Daenery, shes Targaryen. But then you have Tyrion Lannister, whose mom died in birth. And you can make the argument that the mad king did bang his mom who was his servant, and maybe thats why the dragons didn't eat him. But that's a whole other rabbit hole. And in the books he refers also to dragons as Targaryens, like the dunk n egg. When a dragon fell on on dunk, but it was egg aka Aegon who was Targaryen. So idk maybe all that has something to do with it. Im all over the place but there is some sequence im sure. And magic is also stronger when Dragons are around. But blood magic seems to cause miscarriages of winged twisted dragon like fetuses. Again all i think plays into it but idk how or the right method

My last name is Sullian and I have a chronicle of house and our crest is golden lion w crimson field (if u have a place i can jpeg crest coat of arms authenticity plus"Sullivan Normand knight in full battle dress") we also were related to Rollo from vikings the 1st duke of Normandy and were mercenaries to edward longshanks in crussades against pagans in ireland scottland and whales, our coat of arms has red fist clutching sword w serpent wrapped around, which is symbol for mercenary work as houses main trade aswell as a crussader helm atop coat of arms marked w a cross and w dove holdig olive branch which is popes symbol , I train in batojustsu so i own several katana but I had a pair I made by honshu boshin w tactical modern grips one long one short but same hilt 1000$ and ripples in steel make it easy to pretend they are Valyrian Steel edo katana&ko katana"fyre given form" i have others but they r traditional , I pretend its modern and swords evolved to best form ,katanas plus u could say everyone who had a valyrian steel sword used it to make pair , my avatar is half lannister (family crest) and 1st name jonah and living in north say im bastard(am one) of house lannister&mormont livimg in north or wall, in toronto so its the north my katanas were forged from longclaw

Also it would be better if you present characters with nuance especially Greens, for example quote for Sir Cole would be better in full as we can't be sure of his motive as with many other characters : "Ser Criston Cole. Criston the Kingmaker had set brother against sister and divided the Kingsguard against itself, bringing on the terrible war the singers named the Dance of the Dragons. Some claimed he acted from ambition, for Prince Aegon was more tractable than his willful older sister. Others allowed him nobler motives, and argued that he was defending ancient Andal custom. A few whispered that Ser Criston had been Princess Rhaenyra's lover before he took the white and wanted vengeance on the woman who had spurned him."
