Conflict is uncomfortable. Being comfortable with being uncomfortable helps you grow. Your comfort place is a beautiful place but nothing ever grows there.

People have no idea the importance of conflict. Too many believe conflict is a failure to communicate or creates a hostile workplace. It is just the opposite. People have been raised to call police or management whenever confronted with conflict. A child experiencing want, hunger, bullying, is good. They learn the difference between fight and flight, and how flight causes starvation and permits abuse from others. Weakness encourages predatory violence. People must learn personal boundaries/limits through conflict.

Manage conflicts over your perspective in LATAM there is an extra element: culture. In this side of the world generate conflict or being involved in conflicts is almost an offense to everybody. Your perspective is music to my ears though.

when you avoid conflict, people never got to see the real you and what you really stand for. How can you built a healthy, understanding relationship with someone without trully knowing them?
