Randy S exactly! Dr Berg is definitely the best professional on healthy lifestyle through keto and intermittent fasting that anyone can ever hope for, for free. I have solved so many of my health issues (pre-diabetes, hypothyroid, hair loss, digestive issues and chronic fatigue, being just 6 weeks on keto + IF, that no health insurance or “common” doctor would advise me about. Keep publishing your videos Dr. Berg, they help normal people like me, and everyone else being serious on comments, walking a healthier path towards a longer life. Thank you so much!

I like the strait forward approach done in short bits that are easier absorbed than vitamins with a bad gut. If I were asked what more I wanted, I would say follow up videos that delve into the vitamins and the process each takes to be absorbed or not, and perhaps some dialogue about overlapping conditions from different causes because many of the symptoms I've suffered and continue to could be attributed to a number of resultant conditions of deficiencies and I'm a little confused about all that middle period along with what vitamins and minerals go together and the best/affordable way to consume them. It wouldn't hurt to warn a guy of how horrible tasting some of the possibilities are too! Thanks for everything. I've learned quite a lot since finding your videos and tuning in.

@@Iamprimadonna Hi. If you use " Dr Berg underweight" as a search string in KZbin you will find videos on that topic.☺ Hope that helps.
@Iamprimadonna5 жыл бұрын
Thanks but i thats not exactly my take home message.. overweight is ways emphasized as if underweight is not as big of an issue. Lol no pun intended
@johankriel88835 жыл бұрын
@@Iamprimadonna Sorry. If you have strength and agility there are comparative advantages to low mass when engaging in activities such as rock climbing or horse riding. It may be a matter of finding your niche. Unless underweight is a medical condition and then the emphasis on morbid obesity may be frustrating. Many people have failed with "move more, eat less". Move more, eat less is specifically recommended by my medical fund and it recommends a low fat high carb diet. When following these guidelines I fail, but following Dr Berg's advice together with understanding why has not only changed my life, but probably saved it. Weight loss is a secondary result from this IF- Keto-lifestyle. I think it will not always lead to weight loss, but rather bring mass within desireable limits, whether it means gaining or loosing weight. One point Dr Berg makes is to refrain from eating when not hungry. On the other hand, if you need to eat, eat. People may suffer from insulin resistance whether obese or underweight. This channel is one of the best sources for this info. Take heart, judging by my weight loss curve I, along with many others will be clamouring before long for weight gain videos! "Thinner - the movie."

Very informative on all the different symptoms and causes. However I think the podcast could be considerable improved by more direct relation between them. Yes you might need a few lines between the columns ( in different colours), but it would reduce the time required for self diagnosis. Also an indication on the more common causes would be helpful.

See, my husband doesn’t want to listen to modern revolutionary healthy choice and stuck at 1970s where pasta and crackers are healthy. Because he’s not overweight. So he doesn’t think anything wrong with him. Yet, I’m tired of him complaining about his “tummy ache” after every junk food he eats.

While I don't struggle with weight loss or stress and frequently practice keto, you have been instrumental in helping me with the more complicated problems of nutrition & disease that doctors have never been able to help me with. I've purchased bile salts and many of the other things because I'm just not digesting well even eating clean, nutrient dense foods and it's has been a domino effect of the functions of the body.
