I tried peanut butter, but it gave me immense allergies, so I stopped eating it and switched it with cheese, natural yoghurt for quick protein. Be careful with seeds as well especially they tend to get mold easily. I'll be buying seeds, brazil nuts, walnuts and cashews in lower amounts than 1kg, preferably 200g so it doesn't last long and has less chances of getting mold

As long as I can see, the saturated fat may become detrimental to our health when consumed _along_ _with_ carbs. It's like a switch, you was getting your energy from carbs, now you'll get it from fats; but trying to keep both is not a good idea. This is so new for me, but I'm not afraid, I'll study more and more while slowly changing my diet... Thank you so much, Dr. Ekberg !

You said that it is okay to eat lots of saturated fats as long as one keeps the carbs down, because then the saturated fats get burned as fuel. While I appreciate the knowledge and the think the keto diet is interesting, I don't see how I can go low carb yet (I love fruits, grains, honey etc too much). If I eat a moderate amount of carbohydrates, how should my fat consumption look? Does it matter if I eat more saturated fats vs mono- vs polyunsaturated fats on a moderate/high carb diet? An answer would be highly appreciated!

Thank You Tina V. You're right it does get confusing. We can't over analyze things either though. The most important thing is to eat real food and support the body in every way we can. Eat better, move better, feel/think better (meditate). In this modern world we can never avoid toxins completely. The best we can do is avoid what we know and strengthen the body so it can eliminate the junk. Also we have to stop worrying. we do our best and then we relax. 😄

I know you cannot help what a net might pull up but I think that if we ban the targeted fishi g of predatory fish over time we might make an impact on mercury in the sea ? Let these fish absorb the bulk of mercury and over time the percentage of mercury in fish over all would diminish , or is the mercury problem so much bigger than that ? Probably so , I guess
