The story about the six students that died in California should be explained a little bit more. I used to work around the corner from where it happened and I remember that day perfectly. They weren't at some unkept house they were in a very nice expensive and new apartment complex. Where there were maximum weight signs posted but they were all students from Ireland... Not trying to say they couldn't read English but I think something may have gotten lost in translation wether culture or language. They were staying at some exclusive apartments only rented out to UC Berkeley students and during summer to international students. I think they assumed it was sturdy enough to withstand all 12ish ppl on it. Whoever introduced these students to that building/school they should have been instructed on how to be safe in a new country while in college and still able to have fun. Like a freshman orientation
