Those look like IR LED's to me, because they are maybe 5mm across?, in that case its not going to be powerful enough to cause eye damage. If they were lasers, yes invisible IR lasers can blind you, but lasers would show as a pin source.

Any LED is effectively a laser... Looking at your TV / monitor screen is doing the same to your minced pies (eyes) but on a smaller scale.
