BATS THE WAY: Anti-Ulez Activists Cover Cameras With Bat Boxes

Campaigners against London mayor Sadiq Khan’s ULEZ charge are hanging bat boxes on camera posts to stop engineers repairing them.
Activists have vandalised scores of cameras since Mr Khan's expansion of the ultra-low emission zone last year.
And now the £10 National Trust bat homes have been seen in areas across south and south-west London, including North Cheam, Chessington and Kingston-upon-Thames.
Bats are protected by law and it is a criminal offence to disturb their resting places and breeding sites. The newly installed boxes are accompanied by notices reading 'Stop. This is a bat box'. Under a heading 'Bats and the Law' is a list of criminal offences against bats.

Plus basic maths and Science will tell you that making cars travel more slowly (for longer) or making them take detours thanks to zoning will only increase pollution. This is a straight up money making scam from Sadiq Kahn…if you look into it you'll see it too.

It's flawed in principal. The people who can afford to constantly pay to drive whatever they want in London or other ULEZ areas tend to have larger More gas guzzling SUVs and Luxury saloons. Poor people who want to nip to the shops aren't putting out as much C02 as All the upper middle class Londoners getting chauffeured around in big cars. And the Busses obviously contribute a lot, which most people of London use. Despite all the exhaust fumes, The shavings and things that come off of Brake pads are also a factor in reducing air quality, London is full of Things that create metal shavings everywhere, trains, cars, etc

I avoided the ulez then drove down half a mile of road that had a tiny red sign warning of ulez. On a roundabout so the chances of being able to read the small print are impossible. Got fined £80 robbing ... It's not as if it's even a reasonable fine like parking charge it's just daylight robbery
