man could you translate "tools for thought" to arabic. It is coined by Howard Rheingold for the computer, which I think is a better term because we rarely use it for computing and more to manage and manipulate data. I also know there is اسم الة in arabic but don't know how to use it. Thank you for the great content ❤

That's.. one historical use of the word bulldozer, yes, but it's not the origin of the word, it's a relatively short blip in the words history.

Oh, trust me. This word from Louisiana indeed is the origin of the type of tractor's name.

While this behavior is admirable from you, the beauty of linguistic evolution is that the meaning of bulldozer has changed over time, and today does not have any sort of racist undertone. However, I do wonder how it came to reference the construction vehicle? 🤔

It could potentially be that Bull-dozers used force and on some occasions destroyed houses and buildings as part of their terrorism. So it’s possible someone 50 years later named their powerful vehicle made to force and destroy objects a bulldozer after hearing about the Bull-dozers as a powerful force that destroy houses. But I might be wrong. @@baku_m_salti3128

Then what exactly would you call a bulldozer? If you’re in the US, you’re going to have to explain what you mean every time you say something like, “excavator,” which I suppose is your right to do.
