The way Bane blankly looks down at the man, (WITH eye contact) as he's basically suffocating, is one of the reasons, for me at least, to why Bane was one of the most scariest villains. That's a thing I enjoy the most with Nolan's Gotham, he made it more realistic not just by the physicality of the characters(like no super powers, etc) but so similar to our world now. It's a disturbing truthfulness knowing people like Bane for example actually exist within our own kind.

Blake had no idea of the complications surrounding that situation, He was telling gordon his hands looked filthy because gordon in his speech made the assumption that his hands were clean and that he had no fault. Him calling out gordon is part of his arc of leaving the force of the end where he says gordon was right about structures becoming shackles.

Special Forces aren't supermen, and these guys especially were counting on stealth. Once that was gone, sheer numbers decided the inevitable outcome. There's also the possibility that the mercenaries are ex-Special Forces as well.

Not really, Bane took his dignity then. Jones wanted to go out with glory, thinking they might torture him and get him to reveal his secrets and that he would 'die before he talked'. Bane shot him down by basically showing him that he wasn't even significant enough for the effort, he already knew what they were trying and knew what their plans where. Therefore all he wanted was for him to die.
