I would really suggest doing your homework before dabbling with Kundalini. It's not advisable to raise it just because you can, with a couple of postures. In traditional Tantra, there is a lot of prep work that goes into it - purification and balancing of the Tattwas, Gunas and Kleshas come before any kind of energy work. Awesome video dude. I would just love to add that, there seems to be multiple factors as to why the rage can manifest. One part of it is purely coming from the 'frustration' aspect, the withdrawing from sexual pleasures and the neurotransmitter and hormone changes that go along with that. So essentially, driven purely by the biological changes. But what also comes into the mix is the person themselves, their level of egoic identification (as you mentioned, meditation helps reverse that) and their shadow aspects. For example, if you have repressed anger from events earlier in your life, you could be unknowingly medicating (by relaxing and calming energy) with fapping. And without that, the repressed anger rises to the surface and is explosive. It's then good to look at what this is revealing to you. What is the fapping covering up which could potentially be dealt with and processed? I remember years ago, a woman I had hopes for was messing around with our arrangements and being really flakey and effectively rejecting me whilst I was like 60 days into NoFap, and I felt unduly angry toward her. But at the end of the day, it said more about me than it did about her. Yes, she was being unappreciative of me, and effectively quite rude. But did it have to bother me? No. I obviously was still attached to the idea of being accepted and that was my attachment and therefore my problem. I had to let that go. So you're so right. Regular meditation, grounding and centering yourself is so important and although I've brought it up in videos I should probably highlight it more. So thanks for bringing this to light :)

I am a female practising celibacy. I don't know how no fap works as I am a female however practising celibacy as a female I can relate to that anger. I am usually a soft hearted and timid and anxious insecure person but after practising this I can feel a change in me I have never felt before. I have become much more aggressive, and angry however it is in such a powerful way that I am suddenly starting to become fearless and all these anxieties and insecurities I noticed have started to fade away. A mentality of I am who I am and I don't care about what you think is starting to emerge in me it is mind blowing I am at shock myself. The anger i need to control a little however the confidence and fearlessness that comes with it is life changing. I didn't know what I was going however luckily I stumbled across your video now I know thank you so much now there is an explanation to everything. Celibacy is such a powerful force it is the cure to all mental illnesses, doubts, fears, anxieties, and everything it is I can't even describe just out of this world powerful. Celibacy is a mind blowing force of change and thank you so much for the incredible knowledge I cant even express my gratitude in words but thank you.

Don't forget Bhishma Pitamah from the Mahabharata storyline and obviously Lord Parshuram ! Edit: you had mentioned about Bhishma Pitamah, which I saw later. My bad! Although, Lord Hanuman was always an ascetic and never had an uncontrolled outburst, nor did he had any lust, atleast none is mentioned about him in the Ramayana. We need to separate these things in terms of bringing it to conscious mind and also of the transfusion of it via yogic practices. What I mean is "Not Ejaculating" is just the start to the path of brahmacharya/Sanyasa and should not be seen as the same as christian version of celebacy. Over time, with practices, physical and metaphysical in nature, the person mentally also gives up the sexual aspect or "kaama". We also need to differentiate b/w Sanyasa and Brahmacharya as Sanyasa is someone who had gone to the "Grihatha" ashram and later left it or gave it up. A brahmachaari is who has never indulged in sexual activities of any kind and is actively practicing ways of focusing his energy on other aspects of life for his growth...in Lord Hanuman's case, devotion to Lord Ram. Lord Hanuman was trained by none other than Lord Surya and Lord Shiva himself in his childhood and hence there was no scope of "lust" as by the time he became an adult, he already was in control of not only his body, but also his mind because of the metaphysical training involved(including Yoga-Not the physical bendy-bend aspect but the kundalini energy aspect and also definitely physically intensive activities which transformed his energy from the start itself and that is why he is revered so much).

Very true! A wild force unleashed will wreck havoc. That is exactly why NoFap should be accompanied by spiritual practices in order to control it and direct it. NoFap has always been a spiritual tool - the modern version of it which focus all on the cool aspects of it and the creativity that comes along and neglects the spiritual part of it is such an amputated version.

Wow this explains a lot... During my 1,5 years, that's right over 400 days of semen retention. I completely destroyed three whole relationships and went from the chillest possible personality to somebody you'd don't want to mess with. I was so irritable... Two of which was my best friends... The state of all three is basically unrepairable now. 2 years have passed since but nothing has changed. Two of which even attempted to make-up with me but it all ended in a catastrophe. One was my long time best bud and during our journeys we both changed so much there wasn't much common left between us. In the end our worldviews and beliefs were so contrast we were living in different worlds. It is one of the hardest periods I've had to go through and I still think about them now and then. However I made peace with having to let go of these people some while ago. It was also the most intense period of self-development, both mentally and physically. Largest progress I've made in my life so far...

I think letting go of old relationships that doesnt benefit us is part of the process. I have done the same many times with former so called friends
@W711-t7x4 жыл бұрын
@@jagosevatarion8822 I agree... Looking back now I cannot put it better myself. I used to blame myself constantly in regards to these relationships, and ruminate over what I should have done, what I could have done and what I simply failed to do... Till I had no more strength left. People on the other side instead moved on with their lives without giving much thought. What was said cannot be unsaid, what was left unsaid will forever remain unsaid. I think I owe them at least that much. To move on myself and treat the next person in my life the way I never had the strength to treat them.

How did this help you with mental or physical development? Are u still continuing your streak?
@W711-t7x2 жыл бұрын
@@nitinsharma-hg2kz No I broke that streak. Some time ago... And it was my longest one. I have since changed my views and shifted my focus towards no porn rather than nofap. I have since realized that if you focus too much on one thing for example not ejaculating it makes everything center around that one thing. You run the risk of it becoming and obsession. You loose track of other aspects in life and sometimes what's really important. I have shifted my focus towards staying away from porn because I have found that it is a much more healthy way of doing things. PMO is total bs. Watching porn and masturbation are two different things and masturbation doesn't cause you to watch porn. Habit does. Just be man enough to brake a habit. Porn on the other hand will destroy your life, self-esteem, relationships, the way you view women and will only serve as a dysfunctional stress regulation method. With a little willpower you can go years without porn and still keep that laid back relaxed attitude which I have found ironically serves better as a method to keep your streaks longer. Also I have found that ironically if you allow yourself to 'go wherever you need' instead of placing such an emphasis on it... Ejaculate whenever there is a need like while having sex, even if you do end up masturbating I have found that if there is no porn to stimulate you don't really feel that much like masturbating. In terms of physical and mental development you are right. Something is going on. There is better mental focus, and slightly more energy. Id say about 10% or so, more would be an exaggeration. However that too probably depends on other factors. I did have slightly more muscle back then but I suspect that was due to working out more as a side effect of excess energy.

The intensity could be directed to piercing into reality in a more fundamental way where I saw acceptance, love, nothingness as the nature of reality. This was a new feeling for me because when I was still fapping everyday, I was a very passive dude. I saw life in a very grey and monotone point of view like nothing was important or exciting enough to be invested in. (Because of the dopamine spikes from fapping) Just all in all a very average dude. As we all know, No fap causes us to be more interested in things because we care, that same feeling of losing temper over things we didn’t before, is because we now care. That’s where our anger kicks in.

I noticed that when I go above 3 days, I feel anger and frustuation. I searched in Google and it says because i am not feeding my brain(i.e PMO). In your videos, it says "The energies are unbalanced." I had learn some of the hindu stories. Most of them related to festivals like Diwali, Holi, etc. But I don't realised that they all are related with Semen Retention. By the way.
