Joanne, great information given here! One thing that has helped me when dealing with an unnecessarily challenging supervisor is to have regular weekly meetings-it really helps to open up communication a bit more and often gives them an idea of how hard you’re really working-more communication often leads to better understanding. Not always, but often. Great video!
