Pitting child against child is a trait of narcissism. Kris has many other traits, but this one stands out because my mom is the same. It’s so devastating to the children and the relationships they form with others (this goes beyond the relationships they have with each other). It’s a form of emotional abuse 💔

my mother did the same exact thing bc my brother would defend me against her when i wasn’t there to defend myself. she was so extremely jealous of me &, actually, she still is. she proved that to me at my brothers *_FOURTEENTH_* birthday party. by yelling at me in front of him & his friends saying i need to leave them alone even tho she wouldn’t let me hangout w her & my brother asked me to hang w him. & this was not even 5 months ago. how crazy is that?! i ended up asking her, without even thinking, “why are you so jealous of me?” & she losttt it. she SCREAMED “i’m your fucking mother! you still need to respect me you ungrateful bitch!!!” like… i’m grown & don’t even talk to you anymore.. i’m here for my brother… leave me alone 😭.

My mom finally admitted that my younger brother was the favorite when I was pregnant with my son. I was 22, and I was suddenly every previous age all over again, watching her love and support him endlessly while ignoring or abusing me. It hurt me so deeply, but also provided closure on a large part of my emotional healing from a lifetime of being treated like a servant and punching bag.

I was the scapegoat sibling too . My mother is a narcissist too like yours it sounds . Don’t worry.. the scapegoat is the mentally stronger child, which then grows up into a more mentally stable adult. The golden child unfortunately usually has no idea what they want, and will suffer more in adulthood as result of constantly Pleasing others and not really having their own boundaries.

Someone that ends up dating a person that’s the same age or younger than one of their children is something I can never understand. I get it, “age is just a number”, “they’re adults they can do what they like”…. but there has to be a line, including another scenario where they’re younger than the persons youngest child.

My man is twelve years older than me, but I’m also in my late thirties. This relationship wouldn’t have been appropriate- & definitely _wouldn’t have worked out_ if we had tried this when I was younger. Once you reach the (frightening) point of being “middle aged”, it’s less about a number & more about your life goals & how you vibe when the chaos of the Everyday hits. I’m so lucky to have him, and I’m REALLY lucky to have learned who I am before he came into my life. I’ve been on my own since age 14, & I absolutely despise people who exploit young people, especially the monsters that prey upon the naive, using their kindness against them & leaving scars that take years to heal, if ever. I think Kris Jenner is motivated by what makes HER feel successful and “young” which are two words that keep coming up around her. Kris does care about her kids in that they are both her products and legacy. A lot of parents view their kids like this but she also seems to have instilled an “I dream of labor” philosophy in her kids that they have never actually participated in. Those women have never had an actual job and it shows. Kris created a brand but never a business. Businesses require follow through and it’s obvious that Kris doesn’t have the actual follow through needed for a long term business.

I think serial cheating for any person is really only reflective of their maturity. Not reflecting on how monogamy clearly doesn’t work for you, being self absorbed and easily driven by short term enjoyment. In terms of the power structure I feel this is experienced by any person regardless of gender. If they are feeling powerless or controlled in a relationship they will do things that give them power or control. Putting to the side abusive relationships, circumstantial losses of power or control due to children, medical issues or anything else life hits us with will drive people to be selfish more often than not. And I think serial cheating is a mark of a very intrinsically selfish person, if not just a deeply immature self centered person.

Absolutely serial cheating tells you quite a lot about a person. Cheating is just one manifestation in which people with narcissistic tendencies might reveal themselves, because it is an inherently narcissistic act. If someone is capable of lying to and betraying the person they claimed to love most in the world, how could I possibly trust them not to do the same to me?
@laceyjade9834
@laceyjade9834 Жыл бұрын
Regarding the cheating & whether it affects other aspects in your life - it absolutely does. Cheating is a moral issue. You either have them or you don’t. There’s absolutely no reason nor excuse to cheat. If you do, you lack loyalty & a moral code. If you lack that in one aspect, you lack it in all aspects. You can’t pick & choose. It means when push comes to shove, your “loyalty” is based on convenience & sways with the wind. That’s not loyalty. Although frowned upon, sending a quick “we’re done” text is better than cheating. If you cheat on someone, you don’t care about anyone but yourself & should not be in a committed relationship.

Normally I don't comment on things but the question you advised about if Kris is bad or good and can some things be overlooked. I think no one, well most people, gets to that level of power and wealth without cutting down many in their path. So even if she can be a truly supportive mom she didn't do any favors to her children by not perpetuating this cycle of just toxicity, manipulation, and awful business practices.

I genuinely don't believe Kylie has a malicious bone in her body, but look at what her legacy is now. Her mom encouraged her to deal with low self esteem by getting work done as a teen, encouraged her to lie about it, and "helped" her monetize it in very disreputable ways. Kris is supportive in that she pushed her kids to be liker herself. The ones who can't or won't get sidelined, that's not support. It's control and being monetized by your own mom

He got rid of OJ's clothes because they were blood free and therefore would have exonerated him. Kardashian wanted OJ to be found guilty. After all, OJ banged his wife and caused both divorces. OJ and Nicole were getting back together but Robert was not. OJ and Rob were into cocaibe drug running. Rob saw Nicole as a liability and therefore ordered a hit on her. He hired a serial killer. Yes. Thats right. Rob Kardashian was Hollywood mafia, operating scam businesses just like the rest of his family. Not to mention part of cocaine smuggling.

I have cheated once and I would never repeat the same mistake. 7 years later and the amount of shame and regret I have is sometimes overwhelming. I was in longterm relationship with my boyfriend and I stopped loving him for some reason after a few years in. I tried to break up so many times but we were too weirdly codependent to make it last. When I chetead I broke up with him after a few days because it was unbearable to stay in the relationship after that. It was a vile thing to do to get the outcome I needed and I am very ashamed of my actions. Today I am married and I CANNOT even imagine to do that in a marriage or to do that for years or months while being with my partner. Kris is NASTY!

I believe also cheaters cheat if they are with a person who is not really their person. Ex. They don’t meet all expectations or desires. That being special, emotional, physical.. etc. Because if you are with your “one”. You can’t even be attracted to anyone else. You love your person so hard, none else interests you. I also think everyone is so different and complex that this may only apply to myself. There are many different ways of cheating. And they all could mean different things. The scenarios are endless! It’s a case by case basis and boy does it HURT to be cheated on. especially if you are blindsided. Like, you feel you are doing everything right but somehow you’re not enough for that person. NO, that person just was simply not respectful or worthy enough to be in your life. And you should rethink them, love yourself and walk away ❤ maybe thank them for the good times. And wish them luck on their cheating journey. Always know they did you a favor. And learn in all aspects ❤

If you can separate the person Kris Jenner from the businesswoman Kris Jenner you can say that she is really good as a businesswoman, bur not so great as a person. The fact that she doesn't care that much about her children, but only their performance, because when they do great than she 'loves' them and the fact that she uses her children for business, definitely shows you how these are intertwined in the real Kris. For your next doc I am definitely interested in how you think the cultural appropiation will effect the children of the Kardashian-Jenners. For their moms is blackness just a trend, but for the kids isn't it possible (or barely possible) to change all their black features that they have as mixed race children. The fact that it is something that their moms use and erase when they are going to their next body era, must have some effect on the children I imagine. Also, I find the relationship between Kris and Kourtney the most interesting, because it was said she definitely was most impacted by all the cheating and Robert Kardashian said in his diary that Kris treated the children horribly and even beat up Kourtney. The diary of Robert Kardashian is btw also a thing that is conveniently forgotten by the media. Also, I wish someone could find out what really happened to the inheritence of Robert Kardashian.

I am here for this 🙌🏼 she is an absolute piece of work! Honestly, Kris is something else. Also, it was no secret that OJ beat Nicole. Regularly. And nobody did a damn thing 😢 Including Kris.
@Janellabelle

Who do you think could've done something, except Nicole herself? She should've had a permanent restraining order on OJ years earlier before her brutal murder at his hands, and cut ties with that psychopath many years ago. I understand she had children with him though, which made escaping him a very tricky endeavor indeed.... obviously. Because she didn't in the end.

I think it was OJs son. They were supposed to go to his restaurant that night for the child's graduation. At the last minute Nichole changed restaurants and I think that was too much of a rejection for his ego. Plus being a chef he was used to working with knives. OJ was probably there and that's why Ron couldn't fight both of them.

Nah. Robert Kardashian hired a serial killer. Nicole was hooked on cocaine. OJ banged Kris. Nicole needed to go. The serial killer killed many women in the exact same way but that is swept under the rug.

Finished the doc! All of this is INSANE! I’m watching you final thoughts now and have a few things to say. I don’t understand the world’s obsession with reality tv and social media influencers! I will never understand. Pop culture is way over my head. I’m a metal head and know nothing about pop culture except fantasy, horror and comic book movies and shows. I don’t know 99% of actors names. Normally I have my nose in a book and live in my own little social media free bubble (no I wasn’t a sheltered child). I don’t understand the need people have to know every single thing about their favorite actors or singers or whoever it is that in the public eye. I DON’T GET IT! It’s severely unhealthy in my opinion. Focus on your own life and those of your loved ones; not people you see on tv and KZbin! I watched ‘The Real Bling Ring’ on Netflix awhile back (I love docs) and one of the girls had a reality show as a teen and she stated how a lot was “staged” or “acted out.” I think the kids and young adults who watch reality shows don’t realize that it’s not 100% real. Also, I watched something a few years back on the Kardashians and how they notify specific paparazzi where they will be because they know the photos will be edited to make them look perfect. Perfect skin, perfect figure, etc. and how these falsified images are hurting teens and young adults who idolize these people who have literally done nothing noteworthy. NOTHING! I understand having respect for someone and enjoying their acting, writing, music, comedy, etc, but once it gets to idolizing and obsessing…it is severely UNHEALTHY!

Some people are thrill seekers in the worst of ways and a lot of that has to do with narcissism and feeling like you deserve anything you want no matter the consequences. I absolutely believe that if one cheats on their partner they aren't an honest and trustworthy person in general. Have the guts to end current relationship if someone else catches your eye, you OWE your partner that bit of respect.

Kanye really shouldn’t refer to potential bad things that MIGHT put Kris (or anyone else) down now. He said something like, “and Kim better not ever sell my daughter’s sex tape”. By saying that, does he even realize he’s saying his daughter will have a sex tape? Get it together, Kanye. Ye. That’s crossing a major line! By now,, I’m sure all his kids have seen that, and now, they think they’ll make fame doing that😮😮😮 you’re already blaming Kris and Kim for! Anything we all do as parents to or around our children mold their brains in ways we don’t know yet. If you keep talking about a potential tape, one of the may think they HAVE to film one. And guess what? Maybe they’ve only heard Ye talk about it.
