It was about this girl who realizes that she has been abused all her life by her father and Alan. And as a victim of abuse too by my own father it really hit home for me. And seeing her able to stand up for herself at the end and run away from it all, and stop the trail of abuse... It was amazing to watch. Its become one of my favorite webseries of all time.

Yeah, right. I will only add some details. It's character from Czechoslovak children show Slniečko and his name is Raťafák Plachta - because of his big nose, which is in slovak "raťafák" and "plachta" because of that "cape". He was pretty popular among the people in 80's and 90's, especially among the children of course. Now he's exhibited in castle of Modrý Kameň, in the only museum of puppets in Europe.

I actually know of that blanket puppet clip featured in the latter half! It is actually from a czechoslovakian kids show, and is named "Ratafak Plachta," meaning 'Nosey blanket.' The clip in the video is not actually from the show, as it ran from 1979-89, and at that point, all of the puppets from the show had been salvaged and stored elsewhere - except ratafak. Blameitonjorge has a tremendous video if youd like to know more, he covers both that and its greater role in the velvet revolution, seeing as the show helped children learned to start questioning more about things, and ratafak was portrayed as a dumb, goofy elder who was often wrong and got corrected often as a result. Also, I like your lock earring, tuv. It fits well with your hair. Keep up the content, I enjoyed this dearly, and content preserving or giving attention to these sorts of videos is invaluable.

"The Maker" is easily one of my favorite short films. The stop motion is wonderful (easily my favorite medium), the visuals are strange but also beautiful, the music score is intense, the story told is almost tragic in that this is the life and purpose of these Makers, I just feel so strongly for it. I didn't expect to see it here as I dont see it as that dark compared to the others, but I was happy seeing it get mentioned

Update here! I've now seen the full TV series of Don't Hug Me I'm Scared. It's great. It focuses more on the comedy aspects, but it's still disturbing. Another thing, I have a fascination for the Chupacabra. There such a variety of designs people have made of it. More than I've seen for any other kind of cryptid.

I discovered The Organised Mind when I was only 9 years old, and I think it’s safe to say, it traumatised me. At the time I thought it was one of the “most disturbing things humanity has created” and I tried to forget about it for years. Coming back to it now, it’s still extremely unnerving, but no where near as horrifying as it was to watch as a 9 year old. It’s really not that much compared to everything else I’ve seen and heard on the internet now…

random story time: back when I was in 3rd or 4th grade (maybe 5th) I remember going to my social studies class. it was a class I used to take in arabic and our teacher was super sweet and caring and was just so wholesome and we loved coming into class especially since she always gave us a little bit of free time after class to do whatever (draw, talk with friends, listen to music, etc.) and she also always project kids shows on KZbin onto our white board (take note that she'd done this with every class she had and I'd had her for 3 years already) and since she always changed the show with every class, she asked us what we wanted to watch. I was the type of kid who would always sit in the corner seat and read my books while everyone else would talk with their friends or draw or watch the screen but someone in my class had told the teacher to put on a show called 'Happy Tree Friends', now I had never heard of this show and no one else in my class had except for this student so our teacher shrugged and put it on for us then was called to a meeting and left on a playlist with so many episodes to play, okay? I was reading in my corner when I heard bloody murder from my teacher's speaker and so I look up to find so much gore that I ended up having nightmares for god knows how long. that show traumatized me as a kid and ive hated it since :3
