You have to pay to play EA, however, the devs give you that exact amount of money in MXT's to spend in their shop. GGG is breaking the industry by being consumer friendly, and in return, we have made them millionaires. Pretty good trade I think. Oh, and Poe2 is straight fire.

Yeah, the Melee class plays different on this game. It used to be just unga bunga, take every hits in every ARPG. But on this you really had to dodge as much as possible and be sure every swings hits the enemy.

One thing that the PoE1 community was wanting was a stun mechanic, which we got in 2 and as we can see, can easily abuse with the right build. Though the boss mechanics are, in my opinion, a huge step up from PoE1.

There’s a difference between spamming abilities or skill rotations which neither of these games (D4 or Path of Exile) has spamming when it comes to abilities. It’s all about ability loadout rotation and understand how each skill is used to buff your next skill damage or your character survivabiltiy (ex: skill combo to trigger burning effect that allows you to go into increase damage phase or crit increase or immune/unstoppable phase for yourself) A lot of newcomers to these games don’t understand that and assume one of these games may be just spamming or button mashing (for Diablo or POE) when it’s not the case at all. Both are in depth with class building (POE much more)

They get considered for the following year. They have to have a cut off somewhere. This game will be a lot bigger by the time it comes out of early access anyway next year. Gta6 is next year though and I don't see anything getting goty over it unless rockstar took a nose dive since rdr2. Poe2 will definitely get some awards in general.

Go into the settings before you log in or in character selection and change the gateway option to the server nearest to you instead of auto. That fixed it for me at least on PS5.

How does this compare to Last Epoch? LE this first game (top down) that I actually put time in and enjoyed. I picked up my first Diablo game with D4 but did not enjoy it more than 20(ish) hours.

Last Epoch functions like a more easily digestible Path of Exile 1 Id say between PoE 1, 2 and LE: PoE 1: most content, highest power fantasy and build options/complexity, simplest combat, fastest pace LE: Most accesssible, least endgame, simplest build crestion, engaging gameplay without being overly difficult, nice balance. PoE 2: first impressions least build diversity, at least on EA release, most difficult, but fun combat, more digestible in terms of systems compares to poe 1. Slowest pace with extreme loot scarcity

AND I HAVE 1 QUESTION FOR THE DEVS CROSS! ONE! why is my lil duck homie in my cosmetics..... And I can't bring him on my journey OF SLAUGHTER and joy of building my sorcerer so well the game is free!? 👀 I need squakers's personal attendance! I'm gonna go all doctor strange with anime lvl freezing abilitys (for bosses they have a deteriorating buff to freeze stacks from what it feels like could be a flat one 🤷‍♂️) but still...... Let's just say effective, early game ice staff with a support that stacks up seals every second up to 2 and repeats the skill immediately for the amount of seals (this is strong with freezing multiple stuff with the ricochet support, or you can use one for speed or more ice %) super soild af base, early game I was pairing it with a monk staff and skill with the spike that chunks on frozen targets, then got the sorcerer finger snap bit later on...........i just solo wipe the screen of small fry and do nice instant chunks on boss dps on freeze and get pretty juice basic dps, with the right passive buffs that staff with all passives into spell dmg and cold dmg and dmg resist piercing is just as good as skills for cold stacks with the spam seal support gem. I'm level 25 and it there's a dual boss at 22/23s and I got it on my 2nd try, I'm running it solo so when it gets to points where dps checks occur I should be able to carry my dps. Moral of my stoned and depressed KZbin 2:30am rant is..... I want my duck I payed £10 for and who is now officially a homie to witness me roll the world in all my glory....... Like a cross between doctor strange being the ice time wizard and Jack sparrow lvl rolling thru these boss attacks even with the occasional bit of WTFFFFF IS THAAAAT! panic rolling 😂

Right stick aiming on PS5 is absolutely useless. Skills go off 90 degrees from where I’m aiming about a third of the time. Constantly hung up on invisible geometry. It’s a mess.
