He really changed his game to look more like Rafa's for a single serve there and it really worked. Not just fist pump etc. He actually shot high balls, top spin etc.

Its an exhibition match, no way that worked for real. The quality of the spin and pace of the ball isn't anything close to Rafa. Federer was just taking it lightly for fun.

@@ANorseHorse Of course its different, its a top spin shot that he usually don't hit. But my point is that it did not "work" as OP suggested. The quality of that top spin, pace and depth is far lower than what Nadal puts out on average. Roddick isn't serious, neither is Federer, they are both just having fun.

I know Roger clobbered Andy in head to head matches, but has anyone ever tallied the games won and lost? It feels like Andy lost a fair few matches to Roger without ever dropping serve. Tons of 6:2 6:7 6:7 6:3 6:7 type of losses to Roger.

That type of scoreboard is not accurate since Federer broke Roddick's serve more often than viceversa. Still a lot of tiebreaks in their H2H, as it's expected between two great servers.
