Written Statement "Expression" is used for Reply at the District Court whereas "Expression" Counter Affidavit is used as nomenclature for Reply at the High Courts and Supreme Court. Counter Affidavit means one has to file the reply or submission in the form of affidavit, referred as to Deponent. It has to be file in first person.
