He's 100% right about performing deadlift badly. It will mess up your back very quickly. Performed correctly and slowly it has helped my damaged back immeasurably. To the deadlift! The cause of, and solution to, all back problems

I’m 53 and have been weightlifting for a long time. I do squats but never did a deadlift because I thought it would mess up my back. I’m going to give it a try for the benefits explained in this video.

Great video, very well explained. I totally agree everyone must Deadlift. Would you recommend even for someone with a posterior pelvic tilt?
@justinf1343
@justinf1343 2 жыл бұрын
100%! Posterior pelvic tilt for the majority is because they have tight hip flexors and weak glutes. The deadlift is a powerhouse posterior chain movement.

Loved it! I shared it with my aging clients. The only thing o disagreed with us the comment implying that people (a.k.a., creationists) who believe that humans & dinosaurs coexisted (as supported by the Bible) are stupid. That's a little far-fetched and insulting. Nonetheless, it's irrelevant to the topic, so I'll let it go. Overall, I appreciate the video.

When the hell Strength & Conditioning name going to be changed to Athletic Performance Enhancement or Athletic Training (Because strength and conditioning is only one part of the many things a 'Strength & Conditioning Coach' does). And actual Athletic Training to Athletic Therapy (its not cool for me and many others to tell people "I'm Athletic Trainer" and they think Fitness Training or Coaching while I'm an "Athletic Therapist'. It's Stupid to use all those old TERMS. And I'm sick of the misconception.
