So even if you have a disclaimer, that is not to say that for nefarious or completely unrelated reasons someone may not become suicidal in the future. Human psyches can be incredibly fragile. Many of the issues we have now we faced back then. The things that have changed are the tools in which we inflict death and disease to the opposing forces. The British empire was the world's greatest empire that had more land amassed than ghengis khan, the Roman empire and Alexander the great. America had spies and intelligence officers during the American revolution and Benjamin Franklin was one of them. Spies are nothing new. Look at the countless wars in European history and around the world. As Jesus says in the new testament there is nothing new under the sun. America was a nation founded on Christianity and on religious freedom. It was founded on principles that protect the average man. Not kingdoms or fascist empires. So here I am, an elderly woman of 71 years now, and after listening to various KZbin channels on politics, I found myself being both frustrated and alarmed. So I started checking other channels and this video seemed interesting. I had heard about the "Deep State," but really didn't know much about it. And what really stuck with me, I didn't know a damn thing about our Government. I was too busy going to school, being a wife, having kids, raising my kids, and just living my life as best as I could. But in doing so, I missed out on what was really going on outside of my bubble. But I'm learning now it seems. As a young girl, growing up during the 1950's and 1960's, I remember mostly the highlights of those years. The protests, the unrest, assassinations of JFK, Martin Luther King, Bobby Kennedy, the Vietnam War. The riots across the nation, particularly, the first Riots in Los Angeles. Being on lockdown as it was closed to where my home was. Watching my dad don his police uniform and pray he would be safe as he patrolled the streets during that riot. It was quite scary for me as young girl. The 1970's I guess I was too busy with keeping my life on track. Getting a Degree, and married. And now I am called elderly. I confess, I am now learning about what I missed. This was a great video, btw. Thought provoking. Thank you.

The military as we know it is part of what he was talking about, but there are many other parts he was talking about that don't fit into "the military" as we know it. NASA is one example, which in the last four decades has branched into other concerns, like climate science (not respecting the scientific discipline, in the process). The CIA is another, along with the FBI, and the DHS, which is composed of many sub-agencies, like the Border Patrol, CISA, FEMA, and the Secret Service. And then there is a bevy of NGOs that are attached to some of these agencies. Something I didn't find out until last year is that the CIA has a heavy influence in Hollywood, through the CAA, the Creative Artists Agency. For info. on that, check out a documentary called "Enjoy The Show" by Tore Says.

I was completely oblivious to all of this until one thing: John F. Kennedy I grew up Catholic (and part Irish), therefore, it was Jesus and JFK. However, it wasn’t until I randomly fell down this rabbit hole of JFK’s life. Fell in love with the dude and his life. A flawed hero. A guy who wanted to do good but had issues. The complicated dance of his greatness and his shortcomings was so relatable to me as a person. Inevitably, I got to his death. I spent a solid 4 years extensively researching his death and I’m sure many of you here have done this. What I saw made EVERYTHING make sense. I saw the underbelly of Vietnam. The underbelly of 9/11. The underbelly of Iraq. The underbelly of the campaign to destroy Trump. The underbelly of the current Ukraine garbage. It’s all the same pattern. It’s all the same thing. It’s been going on for decades. The only reason they haven’t taken out Trump literally is because it would be so obvious and would cause nothing short of an overthrow of our government as we know it by the people of the country. So they resort to “assassinating” him in non-literal ways. Or at least attempting to. The advantage today is, we all have 65 years of knowledge and phones at our disposal. We know what they’re doing and they know that we know. It checks them slightly and forces them to be much more subversive about it. We are in a perilous place and I pray that we finally rid ourselves of this evil mutant cancer that has been plaguing our government for decades upon decades. JFK, MLK, and RFK all assassinated within 5 years of each other and each by a lone nut? Yeah, okay boomer.

29:38, the fact that you're showing clips of Obama is quite fitting, he's the perfect example of someone that set out to do the right thing but when met with an Force that could tarnish his reputation, he chose reputation over what was best for the greater good. We started this whole video saying that Donald Trump has tainted this idea of a deep state, when the truth is all he did was expose it. And now you see how deep those roots of power actually run! They're on both sides of the political Spectrum, and they're completely entangled in the news and media of the country. A class of people, meant to hold power to account, have become hopelessly corrupted by it. The sheer amount of people that will walk away from this video thinking that the Deep state is a necessity in order to keep tyrants from gaining power, are the types of people that if not for a double standard, they would have no standards at all. Benjamin Franklin once said: "Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety."

This is why I've told people who are extremely patriotic that while I can admire their patriotism they are patriots of an America that doesn't exist anymore in all actuality. The country we have now and the way it functions (or doesn't in some cases) bears very little resemblance to the America 100 years ago, excepting a very superficial appearance. But we shouldn't hang our heads in despair but continue to fight for a return to our original constitutional republic mandate and accept that change is a constant and our country is no exception to this rule.

@@sharon-ge4zk I appreciate that. Words of encouragement and building UP others does much more for our country than prattling about problems we have. I am trying to remedy that by strengthening my relationship to Jesus Christ and repenting and trying my best to be decent. I believe as more people do that things will move into a better place. Your boy hung out with Jeffrey Epstein, well known CIA blackmail guy. Plus he wasn’t accurate about what the Deep State is when he lobbed that word at people/institutions. The deep state is a cabal of influential plutocrats who control politicians using money & blackmail, while simultaneously operating a colonialist surveillance state via three letter agencies. Trump only selectively attacked certain powerful people who disagreed with him in public. Trump annoyed people who worked at 3 letter agencies by not taking their briefings seriously, he never wholesale condemned their Big Brother bullshit. Worst of all he cheapened the phrase. The New York Times isn’t the deep state because they have neoliberal columnists, they’re the deep state because it’s privately owned by wealthy capitalists who will do whatever the CIA & military industrial complex tells them to do. The deep state is about unchecked power rooted from greed, enforced through violence and secrecy. Trump didn’t hate greed, violence or secrecy. On several occasions he publicly celebrated all thee. He only condemned these behaviors performatively, targeting people who weren’t his pals, while letting close friends commit those very sins. The way his fans behave you’d think (((George Soros))) held the entire deep state up on his back like Atlas.
