But that's what I'm saying: You don't need to do one before you do the other. Get the idea out of your head that space exploration is impinging on deep sea (terrestrial) exploration, because it's not. Both are occuring simultaniously and to stop space exploration wouldn't mean an increase in terrestrial exploration - That's not how funding works.

This is a sign of hope, if in this video on this sight there are over a thousand people who care about our natural world then how many must there be in the world, and if each of those people did something, anything to help protect and rewild our planet, we would be in a much better place. It's crazy to think all of the occurrences they captured in this video typically occur in total darkness, and this is probably the first time many, if not all, of these specific organisms have seen light, artificial or natural.
@joshuaharrell554 Жыл бұрын
Some of the organisms surface at some points in their life cycles, so they had seen light further up in the ocean. The others lost their photoreceptors, because they are no longer necessary for organisms that live their entire lives in darkness, and it would waste energy to keep making anatomical features that serve no purpose. So they can't "see" light, and if they can, it wouldn't be their first time.

They'll never show all... Antarctica has too many BIG secrets that is forbidden. Like the questions surrounding Captain Cooks voyage to map and find an inlet to Antarctica. The voyage lasted three years covering more than 60,000 miles. In 1772-75 James Cook had proved there was no southern continent. We're told there's a South Pole but there's no evidence to see for yourself. Especially because the UN started the Antarctica treaty in 1945... Which is ridiculous, for one why isn't the same in effect for the Arctic?? The Funny thing is the globe Earth's supposed to be 25,000 miles in circumference but, James sailed 60,000 miles!? Seems to me Antarctica is a wall of ice surrounding all Southern directions holding the oceans water in... Oh wait, that's "gravity" lol
