I noticed a mistake a lot of people make, GBA Bowser Castle 3 and SNES Bowser Castle 3 are two different tracks, SNES BC3 was remade for tour, but not anywhere else prior to this, while you are correct about GBA BC3 being on the wii, just wanted to clear some possible confusion

It’s probably a joke mostly but I agree that Madrid is much better than most of the city tracks. You can’t just say it feels the same and put it in a low C or D. It’s different enough and killer to be at *least* a high B.

The 96-course ranking will be interesting because I’ll look at these DLC courses outside the context of the BCP, which will be a little more objective. That should lead to a lot of the current rankings shifting quite a bit. But I do like Madrid - if the Amendment Committee didn’t get vaporized they would probably be stepping in.

I love how DK Mountain just feels like an HD version of its original counterpart. I mean no shit, but it's the little things like the colors being roughly the same to how they were in Double Dash, and the faces on the mountain and trees still being there even though a lot of Double Dash remakes have removed said faces.

There's just something about it. Like it's simple, yes, but every time I play it I still have so much fun with it. It's still one of the most fun tracks in the BCP. I kinda disagree, Rosalina's Ice World is a pretty mid track, Rome Avanti and Madrid Drive aren't even that great, neither is Pirahna Plant Cove. How is Wii Rainbow Road not a 10/10??? Overall, don't think of saying that "We all have our opinions" ima just say that Wii Rainbow Road is a 10/10!!!

@@iLoveBread260 All the Rainbow Roads (despite serving different purposes) share the same concept. They don’t stand out from each other after all, but they’re still tracks I love. Madrid Drive is one of the best city tracks I ever played. This one felt like there was more than just city and backstreets (like most city tracks) as you go into a wide variety of places, really brought the city to life. Seeing Nintendo go that extra mile with Madrid Drive really set the bar high.

Rosalina’s Ice World definitely should not be in D tier. The beautiful graphics and absolutely gorgeous atmosphere along with all the Galaxy references are absolutely enough to make it a great track in my eyes. Plus the different paths you can take above and underwater are a blast to navigate through, making it more unique than the average snow track.

I also wish Nintendo gave us new karts and gilders and alts and all of the mii suits in tour in MK8DX and I wish after you completed every cup in MK8DX with gold star you unlock the secret item which imo should've been the Mega Mushroom and the Ice Flower wave was a 9.5/10 for me*

This wave is easily the best one yet. Amazing tracks, consistent visuals, banger remixes, and amazing characters. What an amazing end to an amazing DLC. In terms of ranking, I'd rank them like this: 1. GCN DK Mountain *Has been my favorite track ever since the Wii days and man was this remake amazing* 2. Wii Rainbow Road *What an epic remake of the original and a fitting end to the DLC* 3. Tour Rome Avanti *Most likely my favorite city track. The routes just feel so good, this should've been in Spiny* 4. SNES Bowser Castle 3 *Wow a SNES track with good visuals, elevation, and a banger remix? Who would've thought* 5. 3DS Rosalina's Ice World *A calm yet chaotic track. Definitely underrated and deserving of a slot* 6. Tour Madrid Drive *Good city but the route order is pretty bad. Imo L1 was the best, L2 was easily the worst, and L3 is good but short* 7. Wii Daisy Circuit *A simple but fun track. Always have loved this one and its remake is faithful and fun* 8. Piranha Plant Cove *Oh boy do I have a lot to say about this one. I never thought I'd say this, but the Tour version of this track is better. I love Cove in Tour, but here it feels so big, long, and some sections just feel empty. Imo the 2nd worst nitro track and a pretty disappointing way to end the nitro selection if you ask me* I really enjoy the characters, but I think wave 5 had more unique and fun characters

Why are you ranking Wii Rainbow Road over 3DS Rainbow Road as many fans in the entire community knows that 3DS Rainbow Road is unique, fun and better than Wii Rainbow Road, don't get me wrong, both are S tier tracks but I'd like to put 3DS Rainbow Road way more higher in 1st place, where it truly deserves.

Sorry man but wii rainbow road is better than 7. Everything about this track remained intact while 7 lost some of its luster. Key sound affects are missing the road looks much less like a rainbow and just shades of green pink and blue and overall it's really easy compared to wii

Wii Rainbow Road still has the original layout from MKW, while 3DS Rainbow Road received track layout changes which make the track worse compared to the MK7 version. The changes have been made so that 3DS Rainbow Road plays better in Tour, but haven't been restored when the track was ported to 8 Deluxe. If I would compare MK7 3DS Rainbow Road with MKW Wii Rainbow Road, MK7 Rainbow Road wins. If I compare 8DX 3DS Rainbow Road with 8DX Wii Rainbow Road, 8DX Wii Rainbow Road wins.
