I’d rather have a livestream where they listen to this song called ‘’Intro: The Deprogram’’ on a loop for 2h.

Lmao I love how Yugopnik just skimmed through the Symbionese shit and assumed they were fine "if there was no terrorism", as if they weren't primarily known for violent adventurism.

Socialist countries promoting revolution worldwide was historically unsucessful? You are neutral on that point? Sorry comrades, but I don´t think that´s accurate. All of the books by Marx, Engels, Lenin,. Stalin and even Mao, that I own, were printed in the GDR up until 1954 or ´59. They were very sucessful in making those theoretical works available and accessible all over the world by printing them in mass and distributing them mostly (nearly) for free. I´m sure Che and Castro read exactly those soviet books and got aquainted with marxist theory. Mao became a communist after reading Lenin. And I´m pretty sure his first books were from the Soviet Union. Ho Chi Minh became a communist after reading Lenin. Same thing. Also the social democrat and also the national liberation movements in the imperial peripherie became communist or more and more progressive because they learned about the Bolshevics, the Soviet Union and their Leninist theory and praxis. Even in the 60´s,70´s and 80´s many sucessful revolutionary movements would eighter never have developed the theory they did without direct soviet and/or chinese influence. Nor would so many of them have been sucessful without direct support by mostly the Soviet Union, but support by socialist countries in generel. That support was everything from therotetical material, over expert advice, shared intel , funding, weapons, experts, volonteers, buying products far over market prices and selling products far under market prices if not just giving them away for free and much more. I mean, should the USSR not have supported the Spanish Republic or the Tito partisans, the Sandinistas and so on?
