I am intrigued by this choir and its conductor. They always seem to make something that has a certain spell and I keep on listening. It is obvious to me that the conductor is the key to all these magic perfomances, so many congrats to him. He also knows how to get the best out of the people, which must be quite challenging for both parties. Hope to be able to see and listen to this choir once in vivo!

I remember watching this in the Kruiskerk during a lunch hour show and being absolutely blown away. I have been living abroad for several years in a country with a homogenous population and I watched this with a newfound awe and appreciation. Our richness of diversity is something to be proud of.

This has nothing to do with this song, but I was looking for a musical accompaniment, for my dad's funaral. Actually, I was looking for one german song (Von guten Mächten...), but all the interpretaions were bad... And this is all your falt! ;) Because this choir is out of this world. The neckpieces don't have any particular meaning, they're just aesthetic :)

@@ajwestley2235 different colors relate to the amount of years the member has been part of the choir. The men have collar pins to indicate years

@@pred7949 Yeah, the pins are related to the amount of years in the choir, a bronze pin on your 1st year, a silver one on your 3rd and a gold on your 5th. (it’s my second year in the choir so I only have a bronze) The ladies also get pins, they just don’t wear them on their dresses, but the neck pieces are given out randomly and don’t relate to their year in the choir
