@@bsaarob7950 It is hard to tell how much damage it did exactly, considering that Choji and his father came with a double giant fist right after the shock. But we have seen time and time again that lighting is a highly damaging chakra nature, and it was made clear that Kakashi had to exhaust a considerable amount of his chackra for it, meaning a lot of lighting chakra inside that clone. My guess is that this jutsu can be leathal, simply from the depiction how much electricity flows into the body. The issue of it however is that it becomes a dude if the close is killed by anything else than direct body contact, making it a very risky move to use.
