Thanks again, Coach. I have trained for years, but I have learned so much from you that it is amazing. Not rotating the front foot allows you to keep stability and mobility. Once you get used to employing the proper mechanics, you can feel how fluid everything feels in your kinetic chain. I discovered your channel long ago to learn how to use the Cuban check hook and have found a wealth of boxing knowledge. I now understand why Cuban and Eastern European boxers are so dominant: better mechanics.

From simple to professional video for Pad-Works would be great. People could practice with each other. Many people, myself included, do not know how to hold the pads (as the coach) while doing Pad-Works. i want to teach some of my friends how to throw punches so "pad works video" needed as i mentioned before you are a great coach and being humble makes you greater god bless, Maşallah
