I really liked your video, it gave me much needed clarity. Any idea, how to develop, brainstorm, write out your idea into a paper, up to the point where we can start implementing this video (i.e. hiring a product manager etc.)

Designers make demands upon devs and project/product managers are managing the project coordination. But my takeaway is that ultimately the devs build the actual product and are at the center of the development cycle. They also are responsible for the technical troubleshooting, maintenance and upgrading of the product. That means if I had to pick one role to specialize in based upon expected demand it would be developer.

I'm considering a shift to the tech sector but, as an outsider, it's hard to gauge whether it would be a good fit without a feel for what the different roles are. I use indigo studio, from infragistics. Works pretty well. You can try balsamiq as well.
