I'm so torn between this and the new Stray from the Path for my AOTY. Both albums are the best each band has ever put out in my opinion. Coheed is my favorite band and they also dropped a phenomenal album this year but TDWP and Stray are still on top for me.

This band is so eclectic, I love that's there's a clean vocalist, a heavy vocalist, 2 Backing vocalists, I'm guessing 3 Guitarists?, 1 Bass Player?, 1 Keytarist, and a Drummer. Also wild that the vocalists play instruments as well, good god.. Insanely Talented Band, checking the rest of the album out now!

Hallucination is a jam! The first band in awhile to come out with an album that had bangers on them without releasing them as singles. It is a must listen to.

Posibly the álbum most sad of the history of metal so far in my point of view because i'm feel in all álbum with a lump in my Throat every Lyrics in every song hits so strong in the soul,but if you have already gone through a serious illness or depression, AOTY of the year for me

But Johnny and Nath do you know what else sets The Devil Wears Prada apart from other bands? They can evolve and experiment with their sound but they haven't forgotten who they are and they stay true to what made us love them in the first place just now a refined sound.

Mike actually has another band with their old drummer and bassist called God Alone and it's very stripped down, post-rock. They've put out an EP and an album and I feel like the spoken word parts bled into TDWP's sound. Definitely check them out.

the one thing i hated about the album, is that there aren’t more songs. i have not found a single “bad” or even boring song. they all speak, and hit me differently, and i LOVE IT
