Thank you for the video. I think that Immediate Relative which includes (spouse, parents and children under the age of 21), they do not have to wait in line all of them and their visas are immediately ready. Can you please explain?

What happens if there is no priority date on the I-797 and the case was transferred to the embassy in Egypt on June 17th, 2024. I paid the ds160 fee and tried to schedule an appointment, and it stated no appointments available. I noticed on the I seen priority date of 08/15/24. What does that mean. Thank you for your help

Awesome video. Do you know how embassies prioritize interviews, assuming a pool of candidates is documentary complete and their visa is current? Do they go off the oldest priority date, or oldest DQ date? I’ve heard mixed things. Thanks!

Priority date Oct 2012 Due to the numerical limitations on immigrant visa issuance prescribed by law, this petition is not eligible for further processing at this time. The National Visa Center (NVC) will retain the petition until an immigrant visa becomes available. The NVC will notify the petitioner, principal applicant, or attorney of record when this petition is eligible for further processing. The principal applicant should not make any firm plans such as disposing of property, giving up jobs, or making travel arrangements at this time.

Apologies to bother you! I got married last year, applied for an i-130 obtained a cr1 category april 2023 have finished uscis processing as well as all my paperwork for NVC, and was informed by NVC that now they are working on obtaining an interview from the Jerusalem embassy, and have been waiting for almost 3 months now! Hi I have a quick question: F2A Brazil: My dad should have never submitted the I601A application bc I was a minor/DACA Should I prove am DACA in the hardship letter? And ask for the application to be null or something? I have had a pending interview since Nov 2021, my priority date is April 2019. It looks like I should have gotten in interview scheduled in 2020 when the F2A was current and now in MAY 2024 looks like it will be CURRENT again I am pretty sure I am blocked from getting an interview because of this I601A unfortunate incident, the process time for receiving a response is taking 43 months average

It's going to affect you my uncle and aunt did the same thing and they all was taken off of the filing only the others was still on it . They were the only ones to be in the states . But he can do over the filling for you wen ur married meaning start from scratch . If u waited to get married it would have done a number on u considering brothers and sisters filling could take many many many years .
